I purchased this unit after reading the review on this website and the Hoselink website. When my handyman came to install the unit, he was full of praise for this product from Hoselink. I was glad to hear such rave review from a handyman and the fact that I made such a good choice.
Another fact I like about this purchase is, the product is not available in any stores except one in Sydney. Hoselink products are only available online direct from Hoselink. So I am guaranteed that I paid the same price as the customer from last few weeks to customer from next few weeks. I did not have to go around for shopping for the best price.

Placed an order 9 days ago due to the overwhelming positive reviews.

Prompt delivery & performance being paramount.

Sent TWO emails asking of my order status & why the delay. No response!

Phoned to be told by the recording most calls are answered within 3/mins. Mine took only 6.27 mins (why me?).

Finally spoke to a lady who informed me they “were experiencing some technical issues & would investigate my order status & get back to me...plus trying to work through all their email”.

Something not quite right here...watch this space.

Really happy with how this mounts on the wall and the hose is lovely to use. The length is great for my backyard and with an additional mounting post for the front yard, this set up will make life easier!

I can see where the money goes, cheaper options just don’t work. I know because I bought one for my old home and regretted it every time I used it. This thing rocks....thanks guys!

Needed a hose that would increase pressure yet cover the area of a large stock truck for cleaning.
Works well with the Super Jet Washer also to give that extra pressure.

I have never had a retractable hose reel before and I did extensive research on a few brands before deciding on this one. The pressure is great and the retractable mechanism is smooth and effortless. I would definitely recommend this hose reel over any other brand.

Absolutely love this product! I purchased the high flow option for mum for mother’s day and she loves it, says it is perfect for washing the cars and the boat, having more pressure and a easy to use fast to retract hose real, wouldn’t be without it

The links are great although I can’t use any of my old appliances like soaker hose and sprinklers without purchasing another attachment. It was easy to install and wonderful to have an efficient retractable hose.

I am loving my retractable hose reel. It is so simple to use. It's everything I hoped it would be. The compatible sprinkler is great!! Love it! Watering is no longer a chore.

would perhaps like to see adapter included for snap on fertilizers etc only improvement i can think of

The Hi-Flow Retractable 3425's watering delivery is impressive, but the whole unit is still light enough that we can comfortably move it between our compact, segmented garden areas.

It is so great not having a hose lying around all over the lawn. The "jet spray" and "shower" options are very effective and used by me alot, in the garden as well as washng the car.

I am a first time buyer, who was sceptical however I was very surprised at how easy installation was and how sturdy the unit is great product highly recommend, have since bought a second unit.

I have wanted to convert to hose link for years but the price keeped putting me of, but looking back I should have just done it rather the watse money on all those "cheap" hoses and the hours of wasted time and lets face it money can be replaced but time can't.

Everything about a Hoselink reel is high quality, if you’ve used other brand reels you will quickly feel the difference when using a Hoselink reel, the hose guide whilst retracting on the hoselink reel ensures ease of use and long life of the reel.
