Most dissapointing
We travelled to Delhi,Agra Jaipur,Mumbai,Ramthanbore,Goa, SRI Lanka and Maldives in November 2022 After booking this tour we recieved a phone call from a representative asking us if we would like to do an extra 2 day trip to Ramthanbore to the tiger sanctuary.We were to be in a group of 16 and we were the lucky last to get in if we agreed.So of course we booked this. Only to find out there were 28 of us and we had all had the same phone call.This extra side trip cost us a further $1500 and 2 extra days

A very cruel cruise line dont book with them early you never know what is going to happen
Imagine cruising treated us very cruely
After booking a mediteranium cruise we found my daughters were both diagnosed with bracca negative breast cancer,the youngest daughter died in May and the elder one had undergone a total mastectomy and reconstruction
As you can imagine we tried to cancel and rebook
But no the management were very unhelpful
Said this could not happen
We lost our deposit no refund
How could we have imagined this when we booked.

WARNING! Do NOT approach!
This company asks for a rather large deposit as soon as you book a tour. They do not offer you insurance and
the onus is on you to arrange for this as are many other requirements. Many other tour agents normally arrange these things
for you as part of their customer service.

Proceed with extreme Caution
When flying to a port you actually lose a day and do not receive the package that was advertised...We have found that when our booked cruise from Fremantle to Singapore it was one of the best holidays that we have ever had but unfortunately our Taxi Cab transfer departed with another customer that turned out for us extremely inconvenient. The worst part of all of our bookings with Imagine and Cruise Cafe is that when you fly to a Singapore or Hong Kong port you actually miss a full day because to do not arrive until the following day. Please proceed with caution and make sure that when booking you insist on catching an earlier flight so to make sure that you do get a full day that they advertise.

Disappointing, don't book too early!!
We booked a cruise with Imagine Cruising (Malaysia, Thailand & Cambodia for February 2020) a few weeks ago and paid the deposit. Today we see the same cruise on the same departure date advertised by them in the Adelaide Advertiser newspaper including an extra three nights hotel accommodation pre-cruise in Singapore for the same price that we paid, however our booking only included one night pre-cruise accommodation. Do NOT use these people.
My mother booked a cruise while in hospital on medication and with a broken back. She paid a deposit for herself and 2 of her friends. Her health has since deteriorated and she will never be able to travel again. We provided medical evidence of this. The company is refusing to return her deposit. The worst bit is, they are saying due to the inconvenience, her friends have also lost their deposit and most pay again if they wish to go. This company is unscrupulous they are now making extra money. Furthermore they are saying that we also have to pay an extra $2600 to change the name on my mother's ticket. This is with her friends find a replacement for her booking.

Imagine Cruises
My wife and I had a great dinner cruise with Imagine Cruises at Port Stephens. We were particularly impressed that the cruise ran with only 6 passengers on a Monday Evening. The skipper [name removed] was friendly and welcoming and [name removed] BBQed an enjoyable dinner. We had a really relaxing time and there's nothing like a cruise on a yacht. Excellent value for money! Drinks were available for sale on board at reasonable prices
A lovely relaxing evening with good company.

A printed Itinerary before laying down money would make any errors or misunderstandings minimal leaving a satisfied customer with the agent doing a good job. unfortunately our experience especially with customer support officers that is just not the case with an experience of customer service officers not picking up on helpful points but verbally becoming aggressive. You assured us that you would adjust to improve the situation but instead have become defensive on the errors that have been made. It would have been favourable to suggest at the time earlier flights not traveling during the night arriving a day earlier and suggestion to book an earlier arrival at the hotel. As an option if available. To lose a day means that the customer is not able to explore on arrival or be able to book any trips it strikes me the company bases the cost of flights matching the bookings if there is not met the customer is not receiving what they have paid for. You told me that there are not sufficient flights to meet with the hotel bookings from Perth. After our bad experience from the last holiday, the next three cruises we have booked we are hoping not to repeat that this will happen again. When you spoke to John you saw the point and assured that you fix it up and will suggest to management the helpful points that we raised and are happening with customers and shown in the reviews TRIP ADVISOR ETC. You are not learning from many customer complaints and you are expecting the customer to pay what you are not providing on your advisements. You told Jacqueline we do not pressure you to purchase it is solely your responsibility but at the booking verbally there are deadlines that we would lose the booked cabin and the special flash sale rate so obviously there is pressure on all your customers especially when you told me the agent alongside you has a customer who is pleading for our cabin.
