Tickets came via email, which would of needed printing, Katelyn responded quickly to reassure me, that the printed tickets could be posted out to me, such a relief for us

No additional fees. Costa Mediterranea cruise, It was easy to adjust the booking. I can't think of any more words. The consultant was friendly and efficient. I am looking forward to the cruise with my sister and her husband.
Becky was most helpful when she assisted me getting our Passenger Passport details lodged for our cruise on the Sun Princess. If I had any other enquires I would ask for Becky she is excellent.

Poor follow through after booking
Initial response from company prompt and efficient. Request on 20th was that all documentation come to my partner and myself as he is hearing impaired and I need full information if out of house or office to respond promptly to booking information. Rang on 23rd to request again as information not forthcoming.
Couldn't speak with original agent and spoke with another agent who kept referring to us as youse. Disappointing.
Perfect so far
Booked cruise/hotel and flights. Excellent communication and follow up pre our trip commencing February. All staff have been friendly and helpful and an exceptional stand out member is Becky. Professional/knowledgeable/patient a remarkable representative of Imagine Cruising - a pleasure to speak with.

That is all I wanted to know, I will have to go to the Ombudsman to find the details you will not give me.
Very pleasant meeting with Becky
A detailed and informed meeting with Becky with helpful advice. Not having access with a computer, it has been difficult making cruise bookings and arrangements for tours. She has been a great help to us.
All my queries were answered. Deposit was processed efficiently. Becky explained and helped with the website and offered follow up of I needed. She is a credit to her employer.
I emailed an enquiry Re my travels in March and received a very prompt answer from Lupe,Customer Service Department.A real pleasure .Thank you very much.

Excellent Support from Becky for checking in
Could checkin via Cunard Website, being updating, but got excellent service from Becky of Imagine cruising in: clarifying our enquiries, seeing to our needs, briefing on the spotlights about Melbourne. Though few requests, say check in time, mealtime cannot be promised at this point in time but Becky guided us where to make requests after embarkation. Looking forward to receive our QE brochure with our names on soon, a memorable booklet for this journey. You are great with outstanding patience and humor, Becky. Fast and Friendly
I found the customer support team - namely Lauren - to be very friendly, courteous, efficient and helpful. It was a pleasure to deal with her and will contact her again if I have any further inquiries.
I wanted to find some excursions on a cruise I am taking, but couldn't find the information on the ship's website. Becky tried and then rang me back after checking how to find that information. She then took me through the website, explaining clearly what to do, thus I found all the details I needed. So helpful!!
Very useful information
Yes, there are extra fees, particularly tips. In non-U.S. cruises, I hope these to be included in the price of the cruise. No actual bookings, but plenty of information to read first. I could not log on and will follow this up on Monday

Is travel insurance included in the price?
Hi I’m not sure what the deposit would be. I think it is a percentage of the holiday cost. You would be best to ring the company and ask. I found them very helpful. Cheers Helen

Our marriage has broken down since we booked a package with Imagine Cruising. I asked a month or so ago directly with Customer Service, but was just directed to Booking Conditions. One of us still wants to take the trip (March 2020) and I want to know what charges I would need to pay to have another related person travel with me instead of my spouse. Also what proof do we have to provide that our marriage has broken down permanently?
