New coloured cartridges are stuck the printer cant move, they are brand new..Purchased Friday..I only needed them very occasionaly,,I bought a black cartridge but i was required to also buy 3 coloured ones after installing colourd ones Pinter msg came up on printer "cartridges cannot move change cartridges..now I cannot get them out as they stuck
