Brought Athens cadenza and Hutch Great items
From ordering to now the service has been great. The truck driver and co. were great, very polite and helpful.
they asked where I wanted it put and they did.
I had someone put them together for me. They commented on how well made they were.
Had a couple of hiccups but they were sorted out.
Staff were very pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable, helpful and kept me informed all the way. would highly recommend to everyone. when I need more I will buy here. Thank you.
Great customer service but questionable return and refund policy for a pricey chair.
The chair I ordered was decent for the first year of having it however after just 6 months I had to send it in for repairs. The repairs were handled quickly and were well done however only after another 6 months my chair broke down again. I have doubts about the chair lasting 5 years when it broke down twice in one year. In addition, they refused to offer me a refund after the chair breaking down for the second time in a 1 year period because their refund policy is only 5 days after purchasing a chair.
EDIT: They contacted me regarding the warranty and have fixed the support. Still wish I could get a refund or a return.

Great experience, even with issues!
I bought 3 cabinets. The cabinets themselves are beautiful but one arrived in the wrong colour and another arrived damaged. I expected some pushback when I asked for them to be replaced but received nothing but speed and professionalism. I emailed and received a reply from Tina Bautista advising there was no issues with replacements and received the 2 new ones in 6 days so I was extremely happy. Thank you Tina!

Great items and servic
I purchased 2 rapidline desk and 1 was slighly damaged when unpacked. I emailed customer service with pictures and was promptly given a return number for replacement. I was in the Area for pickup so swap was quick . Desk quality was good and assembly fairly easy. Would definitely buy again as the desks I purchased were also cheapest I could find with free delivery.

How do you remove / install the drawers on an Elite built 3 drawer filing cabinet with Ball Bearing, Heavy Duty runner system and anti-tilt.
I have tried, but no luck. I can not see any buttons, levers or such to release the runners. HELP PLEASE
