Great value. Fast delivery. Excellent service all round. I have been using their products for my business for over a year now and they are by far the best value aftermarket product i have found.

Been using Thriftyink for some years and have always received prompt and courteous service at an excellent price. Goods are shipped overnight, free delivery. On the one occasion when a mistake was made it was rectified immediately and effectively. I cannot recommend Thrifytink highly enough.

Emailed company this morning explaining that my package was two weeks overdue.old mate rang shortly after and was extremely apologetic.said he would ring back in 5 mins. Rang back and explained that it was with aust post and would be delivered in morning. Even allowing for the delay the response to a problem was handled very professionally and courteously.

I have used ThriftyInk for quite some time now. Their delivery is usually the next day or day after. Someone complained that delivery is not free. This is true but if you read properly delivery is free if order is over $50.

After my brother laser printer started warning me to prepare a new toner (tn240 blk), I searched online for a replacement using shopbot. Found this site as it had the cheapest price for my specific toner. I was only planning to buy one, but since it had free shipping over $50 I decided to buy two. It said there was a 'next day delivery' where possible. I ordered on Friday evening, and by 12:00pm Monday, it was delivered to me.

I was completely out of ink and ordered some more from Thriftyink for my Canon printer, which arrived the very next day. The price was less than half of what I had previously been paying at Office Works. The website was easy to use and the purchase process painless. Fantastic service!
Fast delivery, cheap prices

I went to order an Inkjet cartridge from ThriftyInk, because their price was better than anyone else's. I had already looked up their 'About/FAQ' section, where they had the question, 'How are your ink cartridges & toners delivered?', and they have, 'Delivery is Free*'
I went ahead with the order & when I got to the cart, I had to enter all my personal details, to then be notified that delivery is $10.00.
I live in suburban Brisbane, so it's not as though I'm out at some remote location, and even if I were, they said its still free delivery...
