Kristin was amazing! I had to change my initial appointment three times due to my child being sick and it was no problem. Her knowledge of suits & styles surpassed my expectations and she pulled all the stops to get my wedding suit early. When it arrived, the quality was great and I would highly recommend institchu, I’ll be using them again!

I have had 4 suits and 4 shirts made at Institchu and I am hooked! Tayler has definitely mastered how to tailor a suit to make it fit absolutely perfect while being comfortable enough to wear all day to work. I only wish I had my previous suits made at Institchu

Tim Aquino yet again has gone above and beyond his duties in making sure I was completely happy with my recent suit and shirt purchase! The arms on the shirt were slightly too long. He organised to have the shirt picked up from my office to be tailored, and had it back to me 2 days later fitting perfectly! Thanks Legend you keep me coming back to Institchu!

This was the first time I used a tailor to buy a suit. The process from sizing to fitting takes longer than when purchasing straight off the rack and then having the alterations done. I had a few issues with the fitting process and when I raised them it was referred to Institchu's head office staff. I was immediately contacted and they listened to what I had to say and then addressed the issue in a courteous and professional manner. It was good to deal with people who seemed to genuinely care about making sure that the customer was happy. The quality of the suit is excellent and I will be going back to Institchu for my next suit.

The service I have received from Mayowa and the team is top notch. Nothing is too much trouble and the perfect fit guarantee certainly lives up to its name! Would definitely recommend to anyone who asks me where to find a quality suit! 5 stars!

This was my first experience of having a suit made to measure and I was very happy with every aspect of the service and the end result. Mauricio was excellent with customer service second to none.

The experience was exceptional with institchu. From the moment of walking in the showroom you are looked after with the offer of a cool beverage and greeted. The time was taken to ensure I was looked after while another appointment finished. Classy and respectful. The tailor was very helpful and really took the time to connect and understand what I was looking for. This helped in design choices and style later on. The product itself was of high quality and I was very surprised only minor alterations were required. The measure and make was almost spot on. Value wise it got for $499 a bespoke suit, two pants and a shirt. Compared to off the rack, I feel incame out ahead with a cost saving and a great looking suit which fits perfectly.

I’ve been going to InStitchu for my suits and shirts for a couple of years now and they never disappoint. Although there was a slight fitting issue with my new InStitchu suit, Tim Aquino made an extra effort to make sure that the errors were corrected in a timely manner and that I was always taken care of. He called me regularly with updates on the adjustments and made sure that I was always well looked after. He really cares about his clients, which is why I ASKED HIM if I could write a referral as a thanks for his outstanding efforts and care. I will definitely be coming back again and again. Been coming here for suits for a number of years and have never been disappointed.

Initially it was just the suit fitting. Lately, especially with Georgia looking after me, she’s been providing excellent style advice too. Really enjoy having a different take on my daily work wear!

A great idea and easy to access tailoring service, I ordered a blazer following a fitting and fabric selection, arrived a few weeks later and fits perfectly. Appreciated the quick and professional service, and the follow-up's to check that everything was to my satisfaction.

I have purchased a few garments from Institchu now. The initial fitting wasn't quite right, but Ash was very helpful in getting it sorted out. The guys stand behind their fitting policy of getting it right. Well worth the experience. Just watch the shirt sizing... they run a bit small for those beyond their prime.

No hard sell, but a relaxing environment where professional advice was offered. First time I have used a tailored service and won't be the last. I've been using InStitchu over the past few months. It started off as a few shirts, then it turned into a few more shirts and then a tuxedo. I absolutely love everything about InStitchu. They have such an amazing selection of beautiful fabrics to choose from, they're incredible friendly and reliable and the price is exceptional considering how fantastic the final product is. For as long as I live I'll never by off the rack shirts or suits ever again.

Gotta give a big shout out to Ash @ the George Street store. He is a straight up legend. Such a nice guy, so knowledgeable and always keeps me updated on how everything is tracking. If you're in the Sydney CBD be sure to ask for Ash and you'll be in great hands!

I've purchased shirts from there for a number of years (probably over 20 shirts in the last few years) and recently purchased my first suit through them. Could not be happier with how it turned out. It fits perfectly and Tim was brilliant. First rate fit and great advice on style. Highly recommend them and the Sydney showroom has a great selection of fabrics and styles to test out. Hardest decision is what to buy next!
