Hi,
We have a 2007 Flamingo with a roof that has a seam/join down the middle. One slow drip in rain has developed at the front end middle. I can see no cracks in the existing silicon. Anyway, I have bought the correct sealant from Jayco but can the roof in the closed position take my 120kg weight as I scrap the old sealant out and reseal all around the joins?

We have a Holden cruise 2016
Looking at getting a Jayco flamingo outback 2008
And planning an Aussie road trip (3 months) in April
Our car has no towbar, so we need to get one fitted... and was wondering if we need to do anything else to the car? (Does the camper have electric breaks? Etc)
Yes it is a requirement you have to install an electronic brake controller to your car. A good 4WD garage should be able to fit towbar and brake controller for you.
