The Yakka tree stump was very close to two down pipes and an underground pipe so it had to be removed. I was very happy with the way it was removed, it took under one hour. Communication was very good, the tradesman was fast and efficient, also friendly, polite and considerate. Good, competitive price.

Shaun arrived as promised and communicated very clearly all aspects of the job. Our site is small so access to property was discussed, however, a section of fencing was being replaced, access no longer an issue.

I rang - they replied - they came - and the job was done !!! A large conifer came down in the recent storms. Jim's Trees came and quoted for the job. (It wasn't the cheapest of my 3 quotes but worth every cent)
Another storm hit and the 2nd conifer came down. The other two trees were leaning towards the house so I messaged Glenn at 11.30 at night and said it was too dangerous to wait to get the remaining trees cut down - he promptly replied and was there within 2 days ready with the team and the job was done. Difficult cut that was done perfect. I have had dealings with these guys before. They cleaned up all around and on my roof. All the old droppings of the tree where taken away leaving my driveway clean. Top notch.

I was so impressed with the team of boys who came to remove 3 trees. They arrived on time, removed the trees, removed the stumps and cleaned up in 1 hour.
