We bought this tramp when my youngest was 10. He is now 23. I have just bought our first replacement part for it easily. They were a few suburbs away which made it easy. Same price as online. Very impressed that parts were available after such a length of time.

Fantastic trampoline that my kids love. Great quality, would definitely recommend. It is stable, enclosure is tight and easy to assemble. We have 3 people jumping at once with no problem.

Bought a new Jumpstar 10x7 rectangular trampoline to replace our *kerbside pickup* old one. What a difference!! Service was very helpful in choosing the right size and style, and assembly was easy peasy!

After much deliberation and research we chose to upgrade our existing toddler trampoline with a jumpstar trampoline the whole family can enjoy. Our decision was made so much easier because we could see the product at the warehouse and the customer service was fantastic.

Our 5 and 6yo have had this trampoline for several years and I'm now replacing the mat and pads but base is perfect. I looked at the larger chain stores and found they just didn't compare on quality. You can feel how much thicker the mat is. I didn't realize I needed to replace pads more often to maintain the mat but now I know to do this. Realistically, not much stands up to the harsh Australian sun so I can't complain.

We have had our rectangle Jump star trampoline for about 4 1/2 years now. It provides hours of outdoor entertainment for our 4 kids. The quality is excellent and the trampolines are very good value. The mat itself has lasted so well despite being positioned under a gum tree with a lot of falling gum nuts. We have only just now had to replace the spring mat cover which was easy to purchase in store and was placed in the car for us by the friendly staff. Highly recommended to anyone looking to purchase a trampoline.

All the kids love it, our 5 year old, 8 year old, 11 year old and their friends. They are old enough to now play games on it safely together, or take turns to jump while another waits on the side. They each race it out when they think the others are not watching though, so they can get a turn on their own!

The whole experience has been easy, from viewing products online, selecting the “layby” feature, ease of making payments online when it suited me, to having it delivered a day after the “layby” being finalised

Very easy to build as well. Great to have the special tool for the springs.
The covers also make a great protection from the springs.
The trampoline is also very stable.
