The best Trampoline we have bought. So worth the money. My kid’s are 12 and 16. My 12 year old did competition trampolining for a few years and wanted a comp tramp but they are very expensive and do not last long in the weather. We researched tramps online and came across the Jumpflex.
We ordered 14ft tramp and it arrived within 2 business days. Easy to understand instructions and build, only took us about an hour.
The mat is awesome, very bouncy and great air. Probably as good as the comp tramps.

We bought the Jumpflex after doing some research on trampolines. We are very happy with the purchase. It was easy to setup and is a solid product. We also got the shade cover which works well, but needs to be taken off if it's too windy as per the manufacturer recommendation.
The service we had from Jumpflex was always fantastic and we always recommend the product to anyone who asks.

What an amazing piece of equipment. We were gifted a 140 for Christmas from both sets of grandparents (and an auntie!) and the kids love the fact they can all get on at the one time due to the high weight limit! The instructions were so easy to follow and all the parts were packed safely in the boxes. We put it together in a matter of hours! We've never had a trampoline with sides before and we will never go back! Highly recommended.

We did a lot of research looking for the right one. Jumpflex constantly had great reviews not only on the product itself but customer service and any warranty issues. I ordered our tramp on a Tuesday afternoon thinking it would arrive the next week. On Thursday two days later the kids got home from school and found it at the front door, DOH!!!
Oh well they get an extra two months to enjoy their Christmas present that they absolutely love.
It was pretty easy to assemble considering the size ( 14ft ). The build quality is excellent and the black and green looks awesome.
Had a small issue with an accessory and it was resolved in a couple of days.

This trampoline was so easy to assemble and was even happy to do it on my birthday. The sound of children laughing and having fun is just AWESOME. I told everyone at work about my great birthday activity and the product. The children and I are even planning to have a sleepover on the trampoline. It even looks great in the backyard.

Happy we made the right choice in purchasing our JumpFlex trampoline. With the best warranty around, you know they believe in their product and for good reason! The customer service has been helpful in answering any questions we had for them prior to purchasing, and afterward. Straight forward set up with clear instructions provided. Also purchased a ProJam and was accidentally sent the wrong connecting part for our trampoline but was rectified quickly and professionally with no troubles. Kids are over the moon with the new trampoline and the JumpSlide is the perfect addition for little ones!

As many people have already said, great product, service and quality. Their responses to reviews and issues posted in this site have also impressed greatly. Really happy with the purchase overall. We were brain washed into thinking springs were the evil of trampolines but with the safety netting you wouldn't even know they were there!

The thing we love is that all the family (3 smaller kids and the wife) can use the trampoline at the same time. Its huge weight capacity means we don't have to take turns like we would have to with all the other brands. We should have got one sooner, I've added bouncing into the exercise routine to mix things up from the usual afternoon walk. Not that I'm getting much alone time :)

Excellent trampoline. Everyone loves, it and we now spend heaps of time outside jumping and playing. We also brought the sprinkler head which works great on hot days. A few issues with delivery, however, we contacted jump flex and this was sorted out without to much hassle in the end

Purchased this for my kids and they absolutely love it, has been the best money I have ever spent on outdoor entertainment for the kids. Ordering online was simple and easy, and the delivery was super fast right to our door and was very surprised to see that they dont charge for delivery! Another huge A+ everyone who comes to our house asks where we got the trampoline from and are amazed at the price when we are asked what we payed for it. I have recommended Jumpflex trampolines to all my family and friends.

We have now had our JUMPFLEX for two weeks and our two boys, 7 and 5, have already spent countless hours entertaining themselves on it. It is a safe way for our kiddies to enjoy a little rumble, shoot a few hoops and have a jump under the sprinkler. Even our 10 month old daughter is joining in on the fun.

From ordering online to delivery service to installation instructions - everything was fantastic cannot fault anything! And of course the kids love it, there is no comparison to our old trampoline that needed replacing and after a lot research I am convinced we made the right decision in choosing Jumpflex.

All the kids love it and it's huge so they will grow into it as well, easy to put up with details instructions only took a couple of hrs, the net is awsom and strong good quality, I expect it will last several times longer than other ones I've seen around, quick delivery as well

Well made easy to make net is strong kids love it and spend lot of time on it seems to be holding up a lot better than other brands I have bought in the past would recommend to anyone looking for a heavy duty family trampoline they even look good.
