Just Fitness Physical store

Purchased a Just Fitness Treadmill 3 years ago and had ongoing issues from the start with rubber shavings coming off the mat. Last week the treadmill just died. Contacted service dept of Just Fitness hoping they would at least do a service call under warranty but they said no. I’d have to pay call out fee of $150 plus parts. I have always got minimum 10 years out of my treadmills and 3 years is just disgraceful. The tech actually did call, which was nice. Purchased a few items from the Epping store for my home gym. Items were delivered in timely manner, installed and setup correctly. Excellent service all round.

I had a problem with the connections which led to incorrect display of parameters in the console.

Treadmill was great but had issues with incline motor after 18mths. The treadmill was replaced fora new one at no cost. Awesome service!
