Went to Kwinana kombis to research a smart TVs the young man helping us was outstanding in his knowledge to help us make a good choice. We were so impressed by him we didn't go any further in our search and happily bought a smart TVs from kambos. It's the second time I've made a purchase from kambos Kwinana. And both times the knowledge and manner of your employees have made a positive experience.

Coffee machine purchase
Called into Kambos to look at coffee machines. Was approached by staff member Chris if i needed help. Cannot fault the service she was so helpfull and informative and i will definitely be back. I left purchasing a coffee machine and other cooking appliances. Look after Chris Kambos she is an assett to your company.

Rude
Went jndlp branch- as a single woman I google and do my research- the guy in white goods was demeaning and just rude and really didn't care. If it hadn't have been for a sales rep from one of the products I would have walked out and I wish I had. I also had to return a product and was told store credit after I had specifically asked if I could return the product if it was incorrect fit. I felt scrutinised and whilst waiting for refund endured rude glares from the floor staff all obviously discussing my return. Bet your white goods sales aren't going thru the roof. -mm wonder why?? Ps the young people were OK - it was the old ones - i don't even want to set foot in there to claim my store credit that I don't need!,

Too slow
Over 2 weeks waiting for my order to be shipped. Not good enough.

Replacement
Was so upset with Kambos Joondalup I returned my 5th month old $299 TV which was not working I thought would be a simple process but to my dismay was told to take it back to repairer at Morley which is quite some distance from where I live. I said the warranty book stated to take back to place of purchase, the young man returned with manager [name removed] who eventually said he would contact repairs and be 2 weeks minimum. d, but this is not there policy I was told with this he connected my TV and a picture came up and with a rude manner said to me see it's working I asked him to change channel and was told he couldn't as it was on a video, I said maybe try TV channel which he did and TV did not go. I of course was getting a little upset with this gentleman's attitude and rudeness towards me I didn't think it was to much to replace a small $299 TV but after this experience I walked out carrying my TV with full intention of getting on to the manufacturer and dealing with them. My husband will be left staring at nothing. I couldn't understand even why [name removed] didn't even offer a loan TV as it is stated in there policy they loan items if repairs take more than 10days. In my circumstances I thought would of been acceptable. He was the rudest man I have ever had dealings with and I am 62. The Worst Online Shopping Experience EVER!
Saw Kambos online website had a product I wanted for sale @$250 on Friday 2/10/15. It was a good deal so I ordered one straight away and paid with my credit card on the same day.
On Monday 5/10/15, the price had reverted back to $350. Checked my order status on Wednesday 7/10/15 and it was still showing 'pending'. So I called Kambo online contact number and the person from the online/dispatch section I spoke to told me that I had to validate my delivery address by providing my photo ID before they will release & send my order.

is their normal practice then why isn't this requirement communicated to the customer at the time of order placement and also why didn't anyone from Kambos online gave me a call between Friday and Wednesday to follow up on this requirement?!! I was reluctant to do so as I have never come across this validation practice for online purchases and also Kambos already had my credit card details and so what happens if my personal ID information got misused/mishandled? However I compromised and I provided a photo of my driver's licence but blackened out the spaces where my birthday date and signature are shown. Then today (Friday 9/10/15) Kambos online got back to me and said they are going to cancel my order and refund me the payment because they weren't satisfied with my photo ID! Refund policy ridiculous, careful guys!!!
I will never buy any appliances from Kambos anymore, i paid for a microwave, while still in the store, my wife change mind to get other one, they refused to get refund/swap. Only store credit can apply. Ridiculous. NEVER AGAIN!! better to get from Harvey Norman or Good Guys.

Terrible Customer Service - Osborne Park
Bought a TV from Kambo's in Osborne Park, I wanted a smart TV which allows google apps. I was told it was a smart TV but the salesman failed to inform me on the exact specifications of the TV. The TV was a light smart tv which only allowed netflix and web browsing. Did not allow user to download apps from google app store.
When I told them I wanted a refund because the salesman failed to inform me this detail, I was told they will charge me a 20% re-stocking fee. why would I pay $250 to Kambos to re-stock a TV which was falsely sold to me? a...Read more
bsolutely ludicrous. Where is the customer service? instead of taking ownership for their failure to inform the customer, it was the bad luck of the customer for buying it. Also did I mention that the salesman did not inform me about the 20% restocking fee for refunds at the time of the purchase. If I knew Kambos had a policy like this I would not have purchased the TV in the first place. I do not recommend Kambos to anyone, they are there to make a quick buck rather than provide a service. I bought a few appliances from Kambos Osborne Park and I got a very good price which was much lower than online price. I only dealt with one of the staff who was very helpful. Her name's Carol. I recommend you go directly to her. I am very happy with my experience.

Bad Service
Salesman was disinterested and unhelpful at the Joondalup branch. Bought a heater which broke after the first time I used it, took it back and was told two weeks for a repair.

Poor service too many times
I have bought several items from Kambos in Midland including rangehood, vacuum,microwave and had a spate of problems with them. I had to wait 3 months for a replacement in each case with the excuse that the service agent wouldn't return their calls. I can accept this once but not every time. Six weeks after I had ordered a Bissell carpet shampooer I was told that they couldn't get the model because it was a special product for Harvey Norman only. I was finally refunded money after waiting another month. I then went to Myers and bought the carpet cleaner on sale at 40% off. Won't go back there again.

Poor service, disinterested staff
Went to Kambos Malaga on two separate Saturdays, and each time the staff at the white goods and ovens were busy chatting between themselves or on the phone, or on the computer....to me trying to look busy. Are they trying to test if customers are genuine enough to hang around long enough, then they come and serve them? Or are they too lazy and disinterested in selling and informing customers? y question just because I had made enquiry with her colleague earlier on another item. It seems like customer priority is lacking, and commission comes first. Harvey norman has good service even if you might pay slightly more. Otherwise the major department stores give best service and value. Kambo's - Customer service excellence
I bought a Sunbeam MU 4000 Duos sous vide and slow-cooker unit from Kambo's on line.
Kambo's let me have the unit for $50 less than retail and I paid a nominal amount for postage.
Unfortunately, the product was faulty. It had three problems with its electronics.
I made three calls to Sunbeam customer support to see if I could find out about the issues.

Recently I went shopping at Kambos Osborne Park (formally retravision) looking for a new fridge and dishwasher for my new home. I was in the store for about 25mins, in the whitegoods area and no one came near me, to ask if i would like some help.
One lady that worked there was on the phone for the entire time I was there, and an other salesman was chatting to another member of staff.

There were only 3 or 4 other customers on the store, but quite a few staff about the place, mainly centred in the tv area. I gave up and went elsewhere, where I received excellent sevice, and ended up buying a new tv as well as a fridge and dishwasher. I can understand if the store was busy, but come on people lift your game, retail is getting more competitive everyday. It is apparent the staff at kambos do not wish to earn comissions. Great customer service from Leon, the Online Manager. I can't thank him enough as he went all the way out to sort out a missing part (although he explained nicely it was not supposed to be on that model we bought) and sent it to me immediately on the same day by post. I do not expect him to do it so quickly after the EuroAppliance sales manager kept insisted that there is nothing missing from the packaging. He said the store staff accidentally placed an extra grill in the display units. He's not even interested in assisting me nor explaining properly to me. All he did was to say a big NO!
