Yet another price raise AND smaller packet...$7.30 at woolies for 890g.

published

Walked past the feral isle to see the garbage flakes and even higher must be the 2nd price increase in 6 months

I still remember vaguely 1.2kg for about $4.5 at Coles. Sadly those days are gone.

Also I'm happy to pay more but they killed the actual quality that these used to be. Last pack I threw out because even my chooks didn't eat them!

Purchased at Woolworths for $7.30.

Corn crumbs not flakes

published

I am 65 years old and have been eating Kellog Corn Flakes all my life. The last two boxes I bought have changed. The flakes are smaller and very brittle and crumble to a saw dust like mush before you can swollow a bite.

What’s happened to Kellogg’s cornflakes!

published

I am an avid fan of Kellogg’s cornflakes for breakfast and supper most days. Been so disappointed with them over the last few months. They have absolutely no taste and are the consistency of cardboard. I won’t be buying any more, no point in paying a premium for branded when they resemble a cheap make. Please go back to your original recipe. Reading other reviews you have a lot of unhappy customers.

why can't they leave things alone

published

No point in buying these anymore they have ruined the taste and they now have little hard flakes that don't go soggy, these are not Kelloggs Corn Flakes as we know them so don't waste you money buy cheapo instead they taste just as bad but much cheaper.

New Cornflakes - tastes like cardboard & you get 70g less product in the same size box!

published

My husband has been eating Cornflakes for 60 years but complained they tasted disgusting. I didn’t believe him, so I had a bowl of Cornflakes... OMG what happened? Must be the result of cost-cutting. I also looked in the box & it was 2/3 full... the box is the same size but 70g less inside. Some people might put up with paying more for their favourite breakfast cereal but I know for sure they won’t pay more for a sub-standard product. No doubt Kellogg’s are seeing the result of this already.

Purchased in at Woolworths for $3.50.

The New Taste of Kellogg's Corn Flakes is Terrible

published

I don't know what Kellogg have done but the latest box of Corn Flakes I've purchased taste absolutely terrible!

I've been eating Corn Flakes since I was little (so a 40 plus year consumer) and I couldn't even finish the bowl I made myself this morning as they were that bad.

Why mess with a winning formula Kellogg??

Safe to say that I won't be purchasing again unless they go back to the old recipe. Yuck!

What happened to Kellog’s Corn Flakes???

published

I have eaten Kellog’s Corn Flakes for all of my life. That is until about 20+ years ago when I found out I had no business eating cereal (as a good) at all. Skip to this week. I had a taste for a bowl of Kellog’s Corn Flakes. I go to my Grocery store and buy a box. What have they done to my old friend????? The new recipe is horrible. The consistency if whatever they’ve done is a -10 (of a +12). Cost cutting measures I assume?? Broke my heart. Almost $7.00 for a box of cereal, and after one bowl, I’m done. Hope they can fix it. But I guess I’ll never know.

Cornflakes flavour change is awful

published

Kelloggs seem to have changed the flavour of their cornflakes - to less flavoursome. After eating them for over 40 years, the flavour has sadly, and secretly been changed. I have started to add my own salt, which takes the taste back to normal. This makes me think they have cut salt out. Why didn’t they just offer a low salt version rather than ruin a masterpiece cereal?
