Hi
I bought a Kogan Atlas 2 in 1 D500 Pro Touchscreen Notebook and received it about a fortnight ago. Initially it was great. But now I can't turn it on at all. It has been charged and I'm curious as to what I have to do to get it going again. There is nothing in the user manual for troubleshooting. So your suggestions would be really helpful.

I don't own a Kogan d500 yet, but am interested to know more.
Is it possible to store the stylus in or on the tablet? Or does it stay seperate?
(With risk of damaging/ loosing it)

Hi Eduard,
Unfortunately there's no dedicated storage slot for the Windows Ink stylus, however, it is fully compatible with the Atlas 2-in-1 and comes bundled with the product.

I hope this answers your question.

Perhaps plug it in for a while prior to trying to turn it on, the battery may be low. Other than that you would need to contact Kogan. Good luck Hayley.

I've had my d500 for a little under a month and now it wont turn on. Obviously it's on charge and is indicating power, but yea it just wont turn on. I can't find any hard reset options online or in the user manual. I guess i just have to wait for a warranty job? Any help?

There has been no answer from Kogan at all. I resort to restarting all the time. I am frustrated with both the unit and from Kogan. I hope this helps.
