Can apps be added to the tv? When we got it, we were under the assumption that they could, and have found no way to add them. We would like Disney + and Stan for our toddler. Thanks
1 answer
Cannot add apps, they have another model with google play which you can. But unfortunately not this one. Only the ones preloaded.

My TV will not turn on, it has power and red light goes out then about 5 seconds later comes back on. Why will this TV not turn on?
1 answer
Mine did the same. I emailed Kogan and their customer care team were awesome. They said to re set the TV.
To do this, you turn it off at the power point and unplug it for a few minutes and then turn it back on.
If this doesn't work. Email them and tell them what you have tried and they should respond with an alternative solution

Setting up TV First time, it was doing a Firmware Upgrade - Said it failed, turned off and now will not turn on, either with remote or power button on TV - Please Help

Before calling their customer care team I'd make sure you've tried switching it off at the wall/power point. Leave it off for a good 30 seconds and switch it back on at the wall and then try switching at the TV. Good luck.
Yes I have done that! Thanks you Steve
