Kresta are amazing but Alice is the best!
WA, SubiacoAlice was our representative and she really makes the job her own and makes sure no matter what. You will have the best experience possible. The blinds are extremely premium and literally a fraction of the cost of other companies. Alice would reply immediately and any slight issue was always sorted so promptly. I highly recommend the blinds just on their quality but I would also shop with Kresta just to deal with Alice. Amazing experience thanks again!!!

I contacted Kresta in regards to a measure and quote. I must admit their initial response to this request was swift and very pleasant. I immediately booked in my quote. Then, my appointment was cancelled by Kresta a week before the date. Worst customer sales service I have ever experienced & beware of the so called warranty
WA, SubiacoStaff at Subiaco clearly do not work on commission, they are disinterested & rude.
I was looking for UV blinds; reluctantly one of the staff got off her chair and managed to show me everything except what I required, despite my description, as I was leaving the store, I saw they have exactly what I was looking for in their own windows. I pointed this out & told her that was what I need. She did manage to make an appointment for a salesman to visit me, but it was a huge effort.

Very happy with the blinds, the salesman & the installers, and that is where it ends. One of my chains broke, the one to the main door which we go in and out all day. I went back to the Subiaco store to report this, as the blinds were still under warranty. The same charming staff then proceeded to tell me to go home and email them. I did this & never received a reply. After many phone calls to Kresta, not just Subiaco, but at times someone in the East, no one ever returned my calls. Totally frustrated with this, finally managed to speak to someone who proceeded to send me a bill for $82.50, for a call out. Turns out the warranty you get after you have had paid for and had the blinds installed, states you must return the blinds to the warehouse for repair, otherwise pay for a callout, now how many people have the capacity to do that? $82.50 for a call out for a $5 chain. So I say buyer beware. WA, SubiacoI walked up to the counter at Kresta Subiaco where two staff members were seated. Neither of them bothered to acknowledge i was there. When one lady eventually looked at me with a scowl she told the other lady sitting next to her to help me. She begrudgingly took out her earphones and I tried to ask a few questions. WA, SubiacoThis is my first and definitely my last ever purchase from Kresta. I wish I had thought to read reviews before proceeding as I would have stayed far away. I ordered a bedroom blind in July 2021, with a lead time of 5-7 weeks. It’s now been 9 weeks and after numerous phone calls trying to speak to a supervisor, I am finally told it will be another month (27th October) before it even arrives in the country, let alone can be installed. I have also been told I won’t be entitled to a refund as they take zero responsibility for the delay, even though they can’t fulfil their obligations. Reading so many similar reviews shows that Kresta have been misleading customers on their lead times for a very long time. WA, SubiacoWhere do I start, firstly, I called and made an appointment for a measurement and quote (Mentone showroom). The guy didn't turn up. I called back and the lady put me on hold and called the sales guy, she came back and said he was finishing a job and will call me. He didn't call back. I rang the following week and made another appointment. AGAIN, the guy didn't turn up. I rang to make a complaint, left message, didn't hear back. I rang again and an appointment was made with someone from another showroom (Nunawading).

Incompetent, unprofessional & lied to!
WA, SubiacoIf these are the traits you are looking for in an organisation, then your search is over and if I could give Kresta a -5 star rating I would.
I purchased a blind in early Oct 2020 and was told at the time that it would take 4-6 weeks to deliver and install. 13 weeks later I contacted Kresta regarding the significant delay - no explanation was given regarding the delay, no one took accountability or apologised.

Fortunately, I took before and after photos of the job while the installer was onsite, and I was able to prove he had deliberately lied about causing the damage. Kresta management suggested the damage was due to a miscommunication, I replied it wasn’t and asked them what kind of customer service experience do they think they are providing when they knowingly send out installers that don’t understand basic English? More importantly though - what kind of impact is this having on the mental health of their employees? Don't even think about using Kresta

Rubbish product and zero after sales service
WA, SubiacoTook months to get a venetian blind and curtains delivered and installed. Original salesperson never returned calls or texts. The curtains are ok but the blind is absolute rubbish - cheap strings that mean it never goes up and down evenly or smoothly. Have emailed and called asking for someone to come and fix - lots of promises but no follow-up. Also promised warranty info by email but that was also never received despite multiple requests. Stay away from Kresta - buy luxaflex or something else folks!!

WA, SubiacoWe looked at several options before closing Kresta. The team at Subiaco impressed us with their product knowledge and did not attempt to oversell. The enabled us to make suitable colour choices and the best type of shutters. They indicated that there would be a wait based on the stages required for custom made shutters: measurement, manufacture and delivery, and installation. We were assured that they would be installed before Christmas and were kept up to date with progress. The shutters were installed before Christmas and fitted perfectly

The shutters are both attractive and functional: keeping out the light and heat: as both windows are subject to hot afternoon sun.
