Great service. Great product
I’ve read some negative reviews about many blind companies. I had nothing but a positive experience ordering blinds through Kresta. We had 6 custom made blinds for our large bifold doors. Mita came and measured then cane back to measure check. Blind delivery was delayed slightly due to covid 19 but still fairly efficient time frame. Blinds were hung efficiently and look as expected.

Worst experience - don’t waste your time
I wouldn’t even give zero stars if it was an option, negative stars is where these
people deserve to be. Started badly when the sales rep ‘couldn’t find a park’ and just didn’t show up after I had taken a day off. Eventually ordered in late November 2022 and paid a 50% deposit (LN643456). After I heard nothing and followed up myself on several occasions I eventually got an install date on 28 February 2020 (I paid the balance in full prior to that date). Can't give a zero star- 5 weeks after payment, nothing progressed
Ordered blinds for my mother's house in mid March and paid in full to have blinds manufactured. Called after 5 weeks to check on progress and NOTHING has been done. No order, no manufacturing, nothing. Because the staff name on the order form had left the company, that person and only that person could submit the order. What a farcical business model. As I'm sure people leave all the time, how could the order not be reallocated to a current staff member or the manager for goodness sake. s and no one had checked orders before the covid shut-down to ensure any orders submitted prior were actioned. Nope, they just shut the doors and couldn't care less if any orders were pending. Absolutely unacceptable. Its all you do Kresta, measure, quote, take orders and and process order for manufacturing. How can you get those basic parts of your business so wrong?

Our consultant for the Brisbane Western suburbs / Ipswich was Stephanie Coleman and I can highly recommend her! Stephanie provided a wealth of experience and knowledge to help us decide what kind of blinds and curtains to go with for our newly-built home. I found her input inspiring, informative, true to our personal needs/desires and showed a high level of care with all of the details. Kresta were also having a fantastic sale at the time which made the overall experience extremely pleasing. No communication - No service!
4 months ago I reviewed Kresta in the hope that it might prompt some service and I might see the issue with my curtains resolved. (Refer attached)
Having paid $6k for curtains on 10 August and to still not have functioning curtains 8 months later is embarrassing! The customer service has been shocking! No communication and they don't return any of my calls.
So disappointed! Kresta - do the right thing!

Excellent Work from Leslie
My curtains have just been installed and I am in love. I meet with Leslie in January, I knew what I wanted and the look I wanted to achieve and Leslie got it and together we created a beautiful look. Even the installer commented on them. The installation date had a few hiccups due to Covid-19 but was all handled well. I am so happy with my curtains. It's such a shame no one can come round and see them due to social distancing haha.

I would never use Kresta or recommend it as a service based on my experience!
It has been OVER 12 months since I ordered my cafe blinds. They arrived about 6-8 months later with parts missing. After several weekends of attempting to install, parts missing and people not turning up they remained half installed for a few months until they were so badly damaged they needed to be uninstalled. The assessor came out and wrote a report to say refund is recommended. I am now still waiting for my refund which was assessed as approved last year in 2022. speak to the manager and get back to me, but they don't. Today I rang again and was told that my file stated the job had been completed and closed! I am now dealing with Access Canberra who are supporting me through the obligations under the Australian Consumer Law. This has been a terrible experience and extremely stressful for me.3 comments

Frustration and disappointment
Ordered blinds for 2 properties in early December 2022 in Victoria . Fully paid for!!
They arrived late January ( together with communication issues). The sales person had resigned and the service manager also gone. However the blinds were all wrong and had to be sent back.
No one was taking responsibility or being accountable.
They said they would fast track and re-order.
Waiting waiting waiting! our calls or emails were being returned. Our house is up for sale and we need our blinds ( too late now).

3 months it took to get them to install our blinds. It would have been quicker for me to travel to their " aussie factory" in China, get the blinds myself, contract COVID-19 go into hospital/self isolation in China, travel back to Australia go back into self isolation, after getting the all clear, line up at Centrelink or wait to talk to someone on the phone, then line up at Woolies for some toilet paper and pasta. Then it was to get these blinds.

Disgruntled.....where are my roller blinds...lost in transit
I have had a comparable experience to Shae. I've been given the run around on the status of my order placed in February. I was contacted a few weeks ago by the Parafield store & advised my order was in transit from China...however a few weeks earlier had been advised that the product was ready for fitting. I have paid a $2000 deposit which I think I will never see again nor the product given the stores have now closed down due to covid.... Poor customer service!
We were advised our products would be installed in 8 weeks, we are coming up 11 weeks this Saturday and still being told our order is in transit. Every time we ring the store we get the same answer; in transit and can't provide further details. I have to keep following up the store as I am not receiving any updates. The last phone call I had I was then told the items couldn't come in to the country due to the virus. The virus should not of affected my order when it was suppose to be installed 3 weeks ago. Bad customer service!

Excellent Service
Today I had the pleasure of meeting Ian from Kresta. Ian is very kind and patient guy knows his products, is professional, shows he enjoys his job and delivered great customer service. His recommendations were spot on, and the extra spare parts were really help me to change the fault parts in future, Ian also showed me the details of how to replace the blinds parts step by step, I was pleasure to have him guide me to make decisions. Would highly recommend you give Ian a call if you are looking for curtains and blinds. John

No Stars - So Not Happy
So unhappy with the service Kresta supplies, I was stuffed around with fitting dates with blinds that did not fit, with installers that damaged the blinds and my house and that did not show up. Asked for compensation and was declined. Altogether it took a year to sort. Not happy. Never Again.

Rubbish product and zero after sales service
Took months to get a venetian blind and curtains delivered and installed. Original salesperson never returned calls or texts. The curtains are ok but the blind is absolute rubbish - cheap strings that mean it never goes up and down evenly or smoothly. Have emailed and called asking for someone to come and fix - lots of promises but no follow-up. Also promised warranty info by email but that was also never received despite multiple requests. Stay away from Kresta - buy luxaflex or something else folks!!

Terrible customer service!
After months of dealing with issues from Kresta, we’re still waiting on half our order. The products that were installed were damaged so I’ve asked for a refund on the rest of our order. The person I spoke to from the Parafield Gardens showroom was incredibly rude and hung up on me. Before she hung up, I asked if there’s someone else that I could speak to. Her response was “no you’re speaking to me and you need to start listening to what I’m saying.” This whole process has just been a complete nightmare.

Warped Roman Blinds
We were measured and quoted for several Roman Blinds some years ago now, BUT I would have expected to get years of service out of the blinds and right from the start the wooden braces which allow the blinds to fold have warped dramatically causing the blinds to sit incorrectly when up or down. They took the biggest one back a couple of weeks after fitting to correct the warpage but it returned in a matter of days and now the 2 larger blinds look out of shape and really need replacing. I have emailed pics of the problem to a lady from Kresta but at this stage have no result....Be wary when buying roman blinds from kresta !!

Customer Service is terrible
I'd give no stars if possible.
Ordered blinds and external awning in Nov 2022.
Despite promise of 6-8 weeks installation - awning will be installed tomorrow - March 2020
The canvas i ordered wasn't available despite being on the sales guys swatches
Accounts payable is very fast to follow up and call and call again for payment
Installation needs to be followed up several times. They won't call you.
It seems they don't communicate at all internally let alone with the customer (unless they want money).
They demand full payment before installation - not cool!
Internal blinds are OK but it is not worth the hassle of dealing with Kresta.
I would not recommend on the basis of very poor customer service. Go elsewhere.

Perfect perfect again with Kresta.
Had Roman blinds some 15 years ago and went for a change. The process of viewing show room and swats was easy and questions asked. Now have panel blinds and roller blinds. It has open our rooms with good blockout features. Workmanship and customer service was brilliant. They answered all our question and assisted with what was best for windows. I would use Kresta again and recommend them to others.

Worst quality and service
Promised would be done in maximum 8 weeks, 3 Months later still not completed. Terrible quality, damaged my home, poor customer service and communication. Worst experience ever. Please do not ever give them your money or let them into your house.

They told me 6-8 weeks however after 5 weeks they had not progressed my order. so I have to wait another 6-8 weeks once my order has been actioned, so I would have waited 3-4 months for my order which should have taken 6 - 8 weeks.

Hi. I have Kresta blinds that have the old type plastic mounting Brackets. I purchased a Pkt of 2 new style bracket as spares a while ago, opening the pkt there are no fitting instructions with them.
