No - not that I know of - however have heard in some cases the judge as gone with Rover as they seem to be doing there best to solve the problems - however a different story when out of warranty. Also appaarently I hear some Rover dealers will not touch the product after the warranty period. Also someone needs to look at customer care attitude - perhaps some of us should go to Maurice and Blackburne

Thankyou for your reply. But that's what I was asking. Whether anyone has been to a solicitor with the matter regarding the vehicle. It's all good and well to have a whinge and whine on these forums but has anyone been true to themselves and taken the matter further to court?

Depends on the wheel size. 19" wheels aren't great in sand not enough rubber. Otherwise the car would handle it fine.

I've taken mine off road, including sand. It does everything the other models can do, its only limited by its ride height.
Also took it on the Land Rover off road experience day... it drove up some tracks I wouldn't even walk up...
Just remember for sand driving to lower your tyre pressure and you'll be fine.
