Best Decision I've Made!
As a woman, we are very conscious of hair on our body that we constantly pluck or wax ( in my case) which is highly time consuming and leaves you with sores after each session! Having done laser treatment in Laser Clinic Belconnen Westfield is the best decision in my life, permanent treatment and very friendly and accommodating staff! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Mixed experience
I first went to Laser Clinics Australia in Woden, Canberra in 2015 for laser hair removal from my legs. On the plus side, the laser treatment is very effective for reducing hair and I was lucky to have the same fantastic lady do it for me each time.
On the down side - the staff are extremely aggressive about trying to get you to buy their skincare products (which I don't want!). I hate that. At the end of 2016 I had microdermabrasion on my face, and the treatment was so aggressive that one side of my face was left red and raw for a week, leaving small open wounds in a couple of places. In summary, great place for laser hair removal but if you want professional skin treatments and skin care, go to a professional and not to a hair removal clinic.

I went to the clinic in Canberra city as it is very close to my work. I have been there four times and not coming back. The first one everything went well and I was more or less happy with the service, the other two times, once you have started the hair removal treatment and you just make appointments to get the hair removed, they want to finish with you as soon as possible. etely uneven treatment. This happened to me the second and third time. When I went there the fourth time I had a chat with the girl and I was very specific about how I wanted the job done. No difference at all. I am not sure if this is because they are under pressure from management to get as many clients in as they can in one day, I am sure there are many other places that would offer a much better quality job.1 comment

Know better, choose better.
Money with no results
After two pigmentation treatments that had only taken around 10 minutes to do the whole face each time the didn't even get do the whole face. They missed so much of the pigmentation and only did some of the most obvious so you will keep rebooking and spending the dollars. I worked you out laser clinic Belconnen not getting a cent out of me again.

Couldn't recommend more highly
Reading the reviews prior to my appointment I was nervous as they are all negative. I just left the clinic in Woden ACT, and I think the reviews don't do the clinic justice. The customer service i received was fantastic. The whole process was easy. Thank you Laser Clinics Australia! Remember people only usually leave reviews when they are disappointed and bitter, never when they are happy! There are two sides to every story.

Canberra clinic horrible
Both my friend and myself went to Canberra clinic to have laser.
Rushed, horrible and stood behind the counter talking about us.
The product was pushed and pushed and pushed!! I didn't want to purchase but was told without it I wouldn't get results at all. So it was a waste of time, I was told that the exfoliant would get rid of my hair. I was told I needed the laser aid and not to leave without it.. She then said just spend $9 more and I'll give you this just do it. I said I couldn't afford the exfoliant and just wanted the laser aid.
