Paid four sessions in advance underarm/ full leg/Brazilian. Usually have feet/toes + bikini instead of Brazilian. Advised today policy changed would be charged extra $12 for feet/toes. Small thing but disappointing.

I was under the impression I would be seeing a senior therapist throughout my treatment but after giving me the hard sell, the remainder of my treatments were with a junior therapist that had no interest in my concerns. She was just going through the process. Happy with the results but not the clinic.

The girls were amazing. I am a bigger girl and the girls made me feel so comfortable and relaxed the whole time. It was a Sunday and they were short staffed and still could not fault the service i received.
