They are understaffed & over-worked. You will experience long delays in the processing of your claims.

If the pathology and/or radiology provider at a pte hospital where a member is being treated charges fees above the schedule fee, will Latrobe Health cover the gap fees or will the member be out of pocket? If this varies depending on the hospital with whom Latrobe Health has an agreement with, can Latrobe Health advise of this list at present?

Nope ! LaTrobe don't pay for much at all. I would change funds
Latrobe is one of the lowest paying health funds of the lot. They only pay a maximum of 25% above the Medicare schedule fee, and the schedule fee was last increased by the government in December 2012!! You can work out the rest!!!
Agree! They don't pay for anything!!! And they are sneaky about it too! Telling you that you are fully covered but they mean the gap up to 25%.. like don said! What a joke!!
