Going strong
We are a family of 5 (3 teenage boys!) and bought this fridge 2 years ago. Looked around for ages for the perfectly sized fridge and found the french door design hands down beats our old side-by-side fridge in terms of size (can store our platters) and convenience. The fridge haven't missed a beat and we haven't had any issues with it whatsoever. Will definitely recommend this and any other LG fridge.

I love it!
I searched for ages for a french door refrigerator/freezer. after looking at heaps in store, ones with ice dispensers in the fridge door, we opted for this one, with the ice maker in the freezer, yet still having the water at the front (it's plumbed in). The shelf storage is great, the door storage is great, and i love that it beeps when left open (i have 3 kids and they're always in there!) it is loud and disconcerting when it makes the ice - but once you know what the noise is (only when it's being "dropped" into the container in the freezer ...

The french-door factor! the ice maker is in the freezer, freeing up inside door space. the amount of ice it creates in a short period. If anything i'd say you need to make sure the fridge is adjusted to the exact right angle otherwise freezer door and drawers slide back in on their own.Questions & Answers

Read more treat people is a joke .The front doors of the fridge are NOT STAINLESS STEEL THEY ARE JUST STEEL AND RUSTING and they have known about the problem for a long time well before me complaining and will only offer a PRO--RATA--REFUND not even half the price of the fridge and if you do this you have to sign there paper work stoping you from talking about the problem to any body if you sign it and if you dont do this you can not get the PRO--RATA--REFUND i would never ever by ANY THING FROM LG even if it was given to me and i tell as many people as i can about what has happen to me .So in closing never by LG never never never.
