I rent this microwave from Radio Rentals, the functions on this are so easy to use at the touch of a button reheated meal in 2 minutes. Settings and features are so easy to use I can have frozen vegetables cooked in 5 minute. I recommend this one.5 stars LG

Has been a very good microwave, tried the other major brands that start with "S" and "P" and found that within a short time the white turns a dirty yellow colour and the inside of the doors would harbour moisture and rust out in a short time, no signs of that with the LG

A perfect addition to my kitchen bench, the range of colours it comes with is very suitable for all kitchen appliances.
I do have to say though, some finger stains do leave on abit but with some warm water it can be easily wiped off. I use this microwave almost everyday and it heats up my food quicker than other microwaves I've had before.

Great product by LG. worth for the money. I bought this few months back. This product has a touch pad to control the time. Also this has in built system where you can identify any fault from your smartphone. Bit spacious when comparing with other similar price range products. I am satisfied with the cooking results of this product.

Very satisfied with the features as it is easy to clean (no buttons), flat touch screen button. Doesn't dry out the food too much. It's a good average microwave for the price. It has smart diagnostic which can tell you the health and use of the microwave through your smartphone lg diagnostic app. I have found that defrosting doesn't work well.

Very happy with this buy Our last one lasted about 10 yrs so really hoping to get a lot of years out of this one as well .It is bigger than the other so lm really enjoying cooking with this the food l make comes out tasty moist very good the settings and features are not hard to work out simple ones actually. the noise would be average l guess little on the noisy side but not much . It is sturdy also well built not clummley at all love it

The microwave is very convenient for a family doesn't want to cook. You can warm the milk or cook some easy food in microwave. This microwave also very easy to clean and not too loud when you use it. And it's very easy to use even my little boy can use it. It is a good product!

This is the best microwave I own so far to date. I like the finish sound. It's like a ringtone. The build quality is great, easy to clean, heating up fast because it has big wattage. It has LED inside compared to others which have light bulb. For those who have babies, this microwave has child lock to keep little fingers safe and sound.

Seems to overcook, pretty loud and tends to tip forward when door is opened, a bit dangerous, especially as door is not really easy to open. My last microwave, alSo an LG lasted seven years and worked wonderfully. This one is a big disappointment . Diagnostic code didn't seem to apply when I rang service department and I had to take it to the repairer, not easy for me, an elderly widow. It will take at least 2 weeks to repair, not good enough LG. I certainly wouldn't recommend this product.

I have just replaced a Panasonic microwave that lasted about 2 years with this LG. Not only does it look great, it is nice and quite, LED inside light and is a great size. Heating is very even and the functions are easy to use. Would definitely recommend. Time will tell how it will be reliability wise.

This microwave has had minimal use for the 3 weeks since purchase and no longer heats/cooks.
I contacted LG Smart Diagnosis as per instruction manual (problems can be diagnosised through your smart phone) only to be told their Smart Diagnosis doesn't work. I'm now wondering if anything LG works?
I was then instructed to take the microwave to a service agent.
The store where I purchased the microwave explained that it is acceptable for the service agent to take 2 weeks to look at the machine.
All I can say is buyers beware.
