Took money did not deliver
Ordered two days before requested delivery date. Flowers did not arrive. They were for a friend in a nursing home, in another state..
They took the money, did not deliver and are now not answering the phone.
I can attach a photo as there is Nothing to show.
Terrible value for money- extremely disappointed
Beyond disappointed with this bunch of flowers delivered from Lily's florist. This bunch cost over $90 and contains only a few cheap and ordinary flowers and greenery. This is more like a $30 supermarket bunch. On top of that, it only lasted a few days and was completely dead in five days (in picture). I would avoid using this florist unless you want an over priced and ordinary bunch of flowers.
Let us down
We ordered flowers for a funeral and they called two hours before the funeral to say that they couldn't fulfill the order.

All the roses died after a day when I emailed them I was told the flowers were good value for money. So in other words $95 flowers only last a day. Never again. Horrible flowers and no customer service not even an apology.

Ordered flowers and cancelled - SEVERAL days for refund
I am truly disappointed and frustrated with the abysmal service provided by this company. I recently ordered flowers to be delivered to my grieving mother-in-law in Country Victoria, to offer a small gesture of comfort during her time of mourning. What should have been a thoughtful and heartfelt expression turned into a complete debacle.
After paying a hefty sum of over $110, I received a confirmation email, only to have my hopes dashed within 15 minutes with another email and text message stating that my order had been canceled. While the mes

Adding insult to injury, there was no explanation provided for this sudden and unexplained cancellation. When I reached out to their customer service for clarification, I was met with a dismissive attitude that further compounded my frustration. Their response lacked any accountability, with a feeble attempt to shift the blame onto banks for their inability to deliver the promised service. It is utterly disheartening to witness a company so callously handle a situation that involves sentiments as delicate as grief. If they cannot fulfill their commitment to provide a basic service, they should refrain from accepting people's hard-earned money. My experience with this company has been a distressing one, and I strongly caution others against placing their trust in an organisation that clearly lacks integrity and empathy. In my time of attempting to offer comfort and support, this company only added unnecessary stress and disappointment. I sincerely hope that others are spared from such an unprofessional and heartless experience.Disappointing product and customer service
I wish I had read all the reviews before I ordered from this florist. I guess mine just joins a long list of bad reviews. Ordered a bunch of flowers for 80th birthday. Paid $86 including delivery so $72 for the flowers. The recipient sent me a photo and how embarrassed was I to see flowers similar to a bunch you would buy at Coles or Woolworths for $35. Contacted quality@ and the lovely lady told me that she would certainly follow up. I sent the photo and received and email to say they considered the flowers to be ok in their view. Basic

How many other bunches get delivered where the recipient is too courteous to comment on bad flowers and tells the sender they are fine. My suggestion would be to try another site for your next flower order.Awesome
Ordered on phone, simple easy transaction and it arrived as promised, looked pretty accurate to web pic and was greatly received at other end, message was accurate ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Despite a couple of issues with 3rd party florist, which management/staff at Lily’s promptly resolved to my satisfaction, delivery was timely and overall transaction was smooth. 5 stars for communication.

Very Happy!
After ordering then reading the reviews I was under the impression I got scammed. I called the company twice and almost cancelled the order and asked for a refund but was informed it was too late to cancel as my order was already in the courier and on its way to be delivered. I ended up calling the florist that they used and was informed they did a good job with my order and that brought me some needed comfort. I told the florist about the crappy reviews and they informed me they have been in business with Lily's and United for 7 years and not

Lily's/United are not a florist but they contract through local florists and couriers.. If you are not happy with your order it is the fault of the florist used and/or courier and not the company.. I'm very happy with my order and my girlfriend is super stoked. Yay!!Order hasn't arrived after 2 days
ordered flowers for my mum's birthday. paid what seemed to be very high prices just to get it there same day. two days later nothing. No response to my emails. People saying that it's poor service etc., but no, their whole business model is built around promising same day delivery and people giving up on obtaining a refund through exhaustion... disgusting. If i'm correct, the flowers will arrive by courier in a few days looking beat up and cheap.

In my case i assumed that the company was somewhat local because there was a banner saying 'Amazing flowers to BONGAREE'. I didn't scrutinize the language at the time, but in my opinion it's the same intent to imply local delivery.Very Disappointed with Arrangement
I ordered a Bright Arrangement with Chocolates. The arrangement that arrived was anything but bright, nothing like the picture on there website. Some of the flowers were very old looking. For the price of $95 I was very disappointed. Don't use this company.

Extremely disappointed
The bright bunch I ordered was mainly greenery, about 4 flowers, nothing like the image on the web. Added a box of chocolates assuming my recipient would received a box of chocolates. They were sent ONE toblerone bar.
I was extremely embarassed at the quality of the bouquet and the ONE chocolate bar. A lot of money paid for very little joy delivered.
I wrote to Lily's immediately with an image of what was delivered and have not received any reply.
Will not be using them again for any flower order.
False advertising for "Same day delivery"
False advertising for same day delivery for orders received before 2:00pm....
I ordered around 12:00pm and received an email confirmation of order at 12:20pm.
At 3:13pm I received an SMS text message saying delivery would not be until the next day.
My main issue with the service here, is the SMS text message was too late for me to use another service provider for same day delivery.
If you cannot offer same day service don't advertise it or reduce your cut off time, or as a bare minimum you should have offered a discount for not providing me the service I paid you for, offering to cancel the order all together at 5:03am the next morning just added to my terrible experience dealing with your business.
Cancelled my order short notice
I ordered flowers from Lily's for mother's Day last year and they arrived on time and were lovely (that's why they got one extra star), so I thought I would purchase again this year.
A day after I placed my order, they cancelled the order and refused to deliver what I purchased, which gave me no time to make other arrangements because it was now too close to the date.
This could have been avoided by them not taking my order in the first place, so I could go to another local florist before cutoff time instead.
This is poor form and ruined our plans to surprise my MIL for mother's Day. I won't use Lily's again and wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family.

Hi, I’d like to know who I can speak with to organise a refund on the disgraceful slapped together $98.98 13cm x 13cm x 12cm box of half dead Mothers Day flowers I had delivered this morning. Never in my life have I seen an arrangement like it.
I'd like to know whether my mother will get her flowers I ordered, I ordered them on Friday at a kingaroy address for mother's day to be delivered Saturday as I was unwell to come. I would really appreciate that she gets them as it might be the last mother's day gift I can give her, she is terminal with kidney cancer that has spread, so please, please give my mother her flowers
What should a customer do if they ordered a deluxe rainbow arrangement and they received instead a VERY small yellow and pink bunch? I don’t think I have the energy to chase a refund for 3 months, and judging by the reviews it sounds like I would be.
We are extremely disappointed by Lily’s florist. A bunch of flowers value $75 was 3 gerbras and a carnation. The $100 chocolate hamper was a packet of lollies, scotch fingers and assorted chocolates, this is a false representation from their website. Don’t order from this company.
