Easy to order, great menu's, good quality meals. Friendly helpful people on the phone. Like the choice of the portions of the meals/desserts.

Ordered off the 1200 calorie a day menu. Food arrived and the daily calorie content is just under 700 calories. Spoke with lite and easy who admit that they do not place this on any of the correspondence they send you but it is in small print on the website stating that you have to order the 3 meals a day to get 1200 calories. Absolute rip off!! $76 for a quarter of the calories you think you are ordering!!!

I really enjoy the convenience of having these meals in the freezer especially on nights that I do not feel like cooking. At least we are getting healthy meals and the portion sizes are perfect for my husband and myself.

I think the food is very good quality. My selection is somewhat limited by the number of meals that include capsicum which I cannot eat. I only order the smaller meals, I find the full size dinners too large. I stopped ordering the breakfasts and lunches because they involved so much plastic packaging and I felt I could make these my self - although I was losing weight when I stuck to the whole program and I am not now.

I really enjoy the convenience of having these meals in the freezer but unfortunately I find that a lot of the meals have either too much salt or too much sugar to be healthy. This means that I am limited to the meals that I will order

The quality is superb, the portions are generous, and the delivery is easy, I don’t go online I use the phone so much easier and good staff to help you

I never get bored with the selection of meals. A lot of thought has obviously gone into the menus. For instance, I particularly like the different selection of bread included in the breakfast choices!

Love L&E food but would prefer it was MORE of a bite to it, MORE heat to it bit more salt in them

We absolutely love our Lite n Easy. so convenient and healthy while delicious. So easy to order on line each week.

I have been with L/e for about 5yrs and am very happy with the food very well presented. at the present, I'm finding it hard to eat hot meals for no reason, but I love the salads especially salmon salad but has't been around for ever. The other thing is are the meals getting smaller? or still my 1200 calories.

Very happy with the meals. The food is delicious and the staff are very helpful. Light and easy is very convenient.

My husband and I have been using Lite N Easy meals for the last 12 months - mainly for week day convenience due to our working hours. We both love the meals as, despite being healthy, they are very delicious. We have tried all meals on the dinner only menu and can not fault any!

I have been using Lite N Easy meals for 11 years. I am a widow living on my own and started using it for convenience after a knee replacement. I enjoyed the meals so much I never stopped. Great variety of healthy food just open the freezer every night and make a selection. Beats cooking!

I have been using Lite n Easy for 8 months now and have been able to keep off 10 kilos

We enjoy the products and are still working through the menus. The snack range are great for the small eater and a wider menu would be appreciated.
On the recommendation side, The snack rice dishes need a bit more moisture and the fish dishes should be available in the "my Choice" menu if possible

It’s so easy to order and follow. The food is delicious and fills us up. I love how you aren’t locked in and can order when I need.

Having just had spinal surgery I was really happy that I had ordered Lite n Easy Pre surgery.
No cooking no thinking about what to eat, as I had already chosen my food.
The only thing I dont like is Apples,Apples Apples I dont eat Apples.
The flavours and variety is good.
So thankful for the service I have ordered again for next week.

I've been buying just the dinners for a while, plenty of options. Can be a bit expensive but very practical, quite cheap if you buy 28 meals at a go. Not stopping anytime soon. Too convenient

since my restart sometime around September 2021 I have manage to lose more than 10 Kilo's since restart, thanks cheers

Too many veggies. Food is exceptional quality and the taste is great. I was a huge fan but as the veggies began to take centre stage I do not enjoy the meals as much. I cannot eat cauliflower so that means by the time I have removed them, many of my meals are small. The steak with mushroom sauce has now has a much smaller piece of meat and way too many carrots and beans. The load of veggies is just too much and I find myself making my own meals more often. Broccoli is a great veg but is scarce. Butter beans, more pumpkin and maybe some butternu...

We are very pleased with the meals and the service is fantastic. The staff when you call with a query are so helpful and friendly they make you feel great and not stupid. Everyone and all your services are great. Would like some more seafood if possible but other wise wouldn't change anything. Thank you to all involved - your are sensational

Being disabled I find Lite n Easy convenient with some good choices. Salads, hot meals, desserts and soups. Much better choice now and tastier than in the past. I have been using this provider for about 5 years now on and off. Have tried many others but come back to Lite n Easy for their choices and food taste. NDIS covered as well. Easier than having a Support Worker come in and cook. Safer as well with Covid 19 still hovering around. I can take Lite n Easy meals straight from the freezer and heat. Soups are very tasty and desserts as well. Very happy to have this option available.

I love the variety of meals and the freshness and taste. Meals are super convenient.
The only thing I would point out is that it could be more environmentally friendly to use less plastic packaging and in my opinion some of the breakfasts are a bit too high in carbohydrates and not enough protein.
Overall I love the variety and the customer service in my experience has been exceptional.
