Bought a few gift vouchers for friends and myself for an experience in March. Upon checking a few weeks later to get them booked, it turns out my vouchers have been cancelled without any notice. Now I have to phone my friends and cancel with them after telling them about this for days. Stay away!!

Had no communications on why my order and booking was cancelled. Terrible service and cannot get onto any one to talk to. Do not purchase from these scammers. Bad business

I booked and paid for an experience, directly booking for a particular date 2 weeks away with an AM or PM choice; i.e. Adrenaline site said there were spaces available.
Took a call the next day from the operator who announced that next available was a further 2 weeks after that. Checked the Adrenaline page again, and it's still offering that and other dates which are apparently not available.
I will use another provider next time, or go directly to the provider.

They had a march madness sale.
Turns out it was madness. They sent out a cancellation email and refunded my money after I had been issues a confirmation email and I had sent the gift vouchers off to family and friends. Very embarrassing phone calls to tell them not to use the gift vouchers. :(

Advertise a March madness sale. Take money for booking of tickets as a gift. Gift tickets get sent to family family via email. Days later get told they will not honour the sale. Discussing behaviour have reported to ACCC. Keep away from these guys

Adrenaline advertised a cheap price for Melbourne Star attraction - which I booked for family. The costs were deducted from my bank account and I received a confirmation booking. They cancelled the booking with no email notification, and I still have not received $ refund (more than 1 week later). Beware of misleading website and poor customer experience!

Made booking for "March Madness" sales for the whole family and friends. The booking was paid for and confirmed. After confirmation email is received, I agreed date and time and distributed the booking confirmation to family and friends.
After 2 days when I check email, I received notification from PayPal for the refund. There was no SMS, no Email, no notification about cancellation nothing at all. The vendor cancelled the confirmed booking without any notification. Now I have to cancel the event with my friends. How embarrassed I am.
For good peace of mind, please stay away with this business. I will not deal with any business who does not appreciate customers, who engage in misleading conducts.

Booked Melbourne star for this weekend. Now they cancelled the book siteing no reason. Will not ever recommend these guys to anyone. Thank God we haven't disclosed about our trip to any of our friends which would have me embarrassing.

Made a booking for one of their experiences for my whole family, paid and received booking confirmation. After 2 days, I got an SMS that my booking has been cancelled, no explanation, nothing. Called them just now and they are caliming human error on the pricing.

Cancelled my booking after taking my money?!? Received lame responses (blaming a human error) to my email, phone and PayPal! Probably just after my personal details! I’ve deleted my account with them and posted this to my 1,537 Facebook friends so they don’t suffer the same fate. Shocking!!!

Book and later got email with refund, no explanation, no offer for alternative solutions etc. just notify about 24 hours after booking refund back to account.

Maybe due to human error ? just not acceptable. Could be ZERO

They advertised tickets for the Melbourne Star for $1 (adults) and $15 (kids). I made the booking and a few hours later received a refund - no explanation and no notification. I just found out about it from forums and reviews. Got everyone excited for nothing. They are now offering the same tickets for more than double the total price. Stay away from them.

They oversold the tickets and cancelled on me less than a week away from my experience date. Was booked in to visit the Melbourne Star for the whole family.
Very disappointed.
Terrible.
Avoid.

Bought an observation wheel deal but cancelled without any notification from Adrenaline. Only found out from PayPal refund. I could have gone there and then would have found out that coupons are not honoured.

Cancelled bookings at Melbourne Star because they put up incorrect price, "due to human error". Thousands of people would now have to pay more than they are willing to as they have told their kids: "we are going for a ride this weeked"!
My second thought: would this be a case of cyber attack? I hope my personal info stays intact!

Bought an experience in Melbourne on Adrenaline due to the competitive price. I organised my travel to Melbourne for this weekend so to use my booking and do some sightseeing. Instead, I receive an email from PayPal stating my order had been refunded with no explanation. After no further email or explanation, I contact Adrenaline to find out they’ve cancelled my order and won’t be honouring my booking with no reasonable explanation. Joke of a service.

Made a booking for the Melbourne Star, shortly after received an email to my junkmail that it was a pricing error and the booking is cancelled, Terrible customer service would not recommend.

I was allowed to make a booking this morning for me and my friends.
1 hour later I received call saying the price was wrong and it was a mistake and they are going to cancel my booking.
Haven't seen anyone calling me to cancel booking after booking was made and receiving confirmation email.
Worst worst worst experience. Will never book or advise anyone to book with them.
