I bought a voucher online for a friend's birthday. It was easy to buy online and my friend had no issues redeeming it. Would recommend for anyone stuck on present ideas for Christmas, birthdays etc.

Bought a V8 supercar package for my girlfriend which she had a great time, but a little disappointed paying for an extra 2 laps on top of the 4 and only getting 5/6 while also having a broken speedo in the car, destroyed part of the atmosphere and experience.

I booked skydiving for my sister and myself as it was on my sisters bucket list as she has terminal cancer, 11 days before our jump her doctor would not give clearance and when I asked adrenaline for a refund so I could use the money elsewhere for my sister to enjoy they would only provide a voucher for another experience which wan not possible as we only had 4 days together in WA....... very disappointing.

We bought 2 × $400 vouchers to go diving with sharks but they have cancelled that activity. So now we have $800 of vouchers with nothing to do in our area.

Adrenaline had a great range of options for Christmas presents and the whole booking, paying and receiving the gift voucher process was quick and easy and seamless. Would definitely use Adrenaline again.

Bought two Merlin passes one for myself another for my wife decently discounted. Was easy to pickup and collect from Sydney Aquarium and hey ... between us and our 13 month old using just once more within 12 months we've got our money back. Adrenaline are real easy to book with and the web site was very well set out and I found what I was after easily and quick.

I received a discount for entries to Sydney Aquarium which is normally quite expensive, so I'm very pleased!
There was a good range of experiences to choose from - great website for gift ideas.

I booked a west coast jet boat ride from this website. This website is a third party website with overpriced rides - I ended up paying $40 more than original price. Spoke to their helpline person [name removed] who was of no help since the booking was not via the special link it would not apply. I am not happy to pay the extra just because these guys do not update the website with current offers. Now I am trying to follow up with them via emails as the customer care is not willing to help. Westcoast jet ride, Fremantle have their own website with correct and special prices and it is good to book through them directly. Westcoast also told us that there were others who were tricked by Adrenaline.

My order was easy to complete and it actually arrived before Xmas which was great because I thought I was too late. The information provided on the site about the voucher and experience was very informative

We had a dispute with Adrenaline regarding payment for services rendered. The payment was made after our original review here and it was later described as an administrative and communication error. After a few emails and phone calls with Adrenaline staff we understand and accept that the lack of communication and payment was an unintentional error on their part, which has now been resolved an apologies accepted.

Great easy service, ordered online and arrived a few days later. Perfect idea for a hard to buy for husband, not the first time we have used Adrenalin. Thanks again
