No service, no communication, dodgy returns policy
I ordered more than two weeks ago and have heard nothing about what is happening with my order. Their online chat is always turned off. Their social media pages have many other complaints of orders being delayed by weeks. There doesn't seem to be anyone looking after customer service and I'm starting to suspect they don't actually have the stock in Australia, and are waiting for a shipment to arrive from China.
Lowes also changed their returns policy recently to say they can no longer accept change of mind returns because they could be infected with COVID from the item coming back. That's basically impossible, it's not how the virus works and no other retailers have made that change. It's just a really dodgy move by Lowes.

Shame it can't be ZERO stars
I ordered on March 14. No order yet - won't answer phones, email, and when I went to social media, they assured me I would receive a phone call within 24 hours. That was 4 days ago. They banked my $140 pretty quickly. Absolutely taking the ..., these guys. I note many comments on their Facebook page, they delete pretty quickly. I wonder, if one day, my order will turn up?? Unfortunately there are no other places I can get school uniforms from - so GRRRR. Do not recommend.

Customer Care Non-existant
Ordered clothing 3 weeks ago and funds were debited to my Credit card on that day. Since then, nothing has arrived, the website under my "account" says I haven't ordered anything. I phoned the Lowes shop in our area and they have been as helpful as they can be and managed to get a copy of my "Internet Order". but now they can't contact their "Online Department". Still trying to phone / email / chat online, not possible. I have not received the goods and contact with Lowes online is impossible. DO NOT SHOP WITH LOWES ONLINE is my advice.

Disgraceful online service.
After several emails and a call to a very unhelpful phone rep I still dont have my simple order. To blame the warehouse is a poor excuse for a sloppy process. I am still awaiting my delivery, which Lowes happily took the money. Ive had great face to face at Lowes but would mever recommend the Online store.

Worst ever Customer Care
I ordered among other clothes two pair of shorts, I was quite ill for about three months (pulmonary aneurysm) and didn't try the goods on until after then to find they were way to large and my wife had removed the tags. I explained to the "Customer Care" at Lowes who immediately said they cannot take them back as their policy says anything that was a change of mind is no longer returnable (because of COVID19).

Lowe’s Batemans bay has terrible staff that are rude and not friendly at all.Namely the older woman.
Product fine staff terrible.I will not be returning...the older lady is consistently unfriendly and not helpful at all.
I have found this to be the case on more than one occasion.

Ordered on Tuesday thinking it was enough time to get stuff before the weekend, they didn't process and put the order out for deliver until Thursday afternoon (after I called and left a message they never returned), now Australia Post says my package is due Monday

Robbery
Have always paid for my purchases. Received an account on line for a balance of $24 + $5 LATE fee. Told it was yearly fee. Never told that in the store. Want to cancel card but have been told to just pay another $10. Tried to pay on line but cannot find a way. So frustrating.

Online edit of order not possible
I ordered some shirts from Lowes online store but made an error with the size. I recognised the error and found I can not edit the order to correct the error. When you ring orders online or customer care a voice response says that they will call you back but this does not happen. There is a message online that says you cannot edit or cancel an order (even before it has been processed) and you must return the incorrect goods to your local store. This entirely defeats the purpose of online ordering and is totally inconvenient to customers.
Lowes you need to buck up your ideas and get with the times

Discount Card that generates Notice Of Demand and threats of legal action, no ability to phone Head Office.
I ended up with an "ezy-way" card to replace a store loyalty discount card. The card however generates a bill, and late payment fees. So, a discount card ended up with a Notice of Demand and threat of legal and recovery action. I spoke to them twice in the ezy-way card office. First time, I told them to close the account, and that they should waive the amount that I had no intention of paying. I believe the woman agreed to do so, but then the line dropped out. angry notice of demand appeared, and I called again. I was told that I could have $45 of the $55 waived if I paid them $10. When I said that the $10 was buying them a lot more than $10 of bad-will, and that I never would set foot in there as a matter of principle again, I was told that the account would be closed and the $10 waived as well. The lady pretty much let it slip that every time they send out "notice of demand " letters they get a wave of the same phone call, she was sick of it. It is the perfect good-will destruction method. She told me I could bring it up with my local store (usually the girl who works there is 17 on a Saturday, and will have no power to deliver feedback to whoever needs it whatsoever). I tried ringing their head office number, and after going through the prompts, the phone immediately hung up on me every time. The lesson- don't have an ezy-way card. Don't expect that this company values you whatsoever. Recovering $55 of made-up fees and late fees is more important than any of the money I'm never going to spend there as a matter of principle for the rest of my life, and we are a family of men. 5 of us.Similar opinion? Double pricing standards ripping people off
I purchased a rash vest size 5xl from your mango hill stores after I checked and compared prices for a number of stores. The price on your website was $19.95 as there was a 33% discount. No mention at all of ONLINE only. In store the price was $29.95. After contacting the company I was told that's just how it is. rom going into receivership I think this is unfair and judging by the comments I have received on social media a lot of people agree. If you have a business and you sell on line also then show both the prices. I returned the item and bought one from BigW. Seniors discount
Hi there
I’ve purchased many Lowe’s shirts especially the Bisley cotton / polyester ones as they don’t need ironing..
Anyway, being a senior it was always nice to receive the 10% discount Lowe’s offer to seniors.
However, Lowe’s now only offer the senior discount on the second Tuesday of the month.
Who wants to wait till the second Tuesday of the month to buy a new shirt .
Surely, Lowe’s cater more for seniors with their styles of clothing.
Well, it’s effected me as I haven’t been back for months.
Can’t possibly help sales in a retail environment.
What’s the difference waiting till the second Tuesday to make the sale or doing it now..

Website took too long to load and navigate, waste of time!!!
Took over an hour to load and navigate through their website but still couldn't place the order for my children uniform. Would go where else if I could get the uniform. Wasting customer's time.

Trader fixed waist cuffed work pants in khaki.
I have purchased 5 pairs of these work pants for my husband, they are a good price, fit well and have great pockets for work. There however is a fault in these pants, every pair has worn through on either side of the back seem within a short period of wear, this is the only place they have worn through, leaving me to believe this a fault in manufacture, Was wondering if other customers have had this happen. Such a shame as in all other areas he loves these pants.

Worn out already
A few years ago I purchased a pair of your Farrah Cargo pants (Long) from the Kwinana Branch. They were nice and comfortable, however, within 2 months the right pocket lining wore through and coins kept dropping out. About March/April this year I purchased another pair of Farrah Cargo Pants from Rockingham. AGAIN within 2 months the same right pocket lining wore through on those as well.
This is obviously a manufacturing problem using a cheap material on the pocket linings. You can actually see your hand through the material.
Until this problem is righted I would not touch Farrah Cargo Pants again.
A disgruntled customer. What a rigmerol to put in a review?

Delivered correct order on time
Good products for a good price.
Only ordered online when local shop did not answer phone.
Order arrived on-time but I didn't know when that was going to be.
Store navigation and payment was easy.
Room for improvement: would be to give the customer more confidence on delivery time. Should show that order has been filled ok. Then dispatched giving a delivery day.

Horrible Service
I wish I never have to deal with them again but no way.It is mandatory to buy School Uniforms from there as informed by school. We never get correct size uniform in stock. Even after booking it 2 months ago ..item still not in stock and there is no update when it will come.
