Ordered Refrigerator and Stove at same time on a Saturday and ask for delivery the following Thursday. The salesman was great and knowledgeable. They sent me a email on Wednesday and changed my delivery to Friday which I had an appointment After several phone calls and long waits I finally got someone and they it would be another week and they would call the night before and give me a time frame. They did not call until 10:00 am The day of delivery and they said they would be there in 20 minutes. I removed everything from freezer and frig. They arrived 3 hours later and no stove, they called later in afternoon and delivered stove. Completely disappointed with Lowes

The inside box was damaged and looked like it had a piece of tape torn from the front partially tearing the information on the front. I just thought I had received someone else's return.

No matter what discount they offer you for signing up with the Zero card, don't do it!
It's basically a credit card, but without any of the competence of a credit card company.
Not worth the hassle for a few bucks of discount on a school uniform.
I guess the Lowes products are ok. For school uniforms, I have no choice.

Store is fine. Delivery was timely.
Pants sizing is WAY off every other brand globally.
XL is sized for a M with 47 footlong legs.

I've never had tracksuit pants induce anxiety before these.

Cost to return outweighed by the time it would take me. Cheaper to throw them out than return.

The delivery men that brought our fridge didn't assemble it properly. The doors are not level. They didn't have the tools they needed. The door handles are not level. Drawer handles are upside down. There are loose screws protruding on each side . I sent photos of the problems to [Name Removed] ASN at store 2366. The delivery was made on March 24, 2022. Please send a qualified person to correct these problems. The product was delivered from Columbia XDT in Columbia, SC.

I ordered 2 pullovers on line. I had purchased these exact pullovers previously and I wear them as part of a uniform. I wear them every day during winter so it is no surprise that they 'pill up' after a month or so. At the price, I cannot complain.
The jumpers arrived in good time and the communication from the delivery company was professional. Also, I received reminders on line.
I have been a customer of Lowes since 1965 so that is now 61yrs.
I will definitely buy more. In fact I will be buying another pair of jeans on line after I finish this review.

One pair of cargo pants stitching around top seam near belt came unstitched after first wash, second pair had large hole in left pocket, stitching pulled in right leg pocket and top button broke off within a month. Terrible quality. Spend a few dollars more and buy king gee.

Completely satisfied with ordering process and purchase delivered on time and as expected. Process was easy and using PayPal meant security of purchase.

I ordered a cotton V-neck vest, and it fits perfectly! delivery was so fast (2 day delivery and it came early in the morning). the quality of the clothing is perfect! even though im a female, the men sizes for perfectly on me. Definitely going to order again. I love it so much!! thank you LOWES :)

Both times over christmas I had brilliant service at Jesmond store. They took the time to order in the size required and spent time finding styles and fits. The second time they assisted with workwear for my son. It was quick, personal service allowing us to get in and out in a time efficient manner.
My only negative would be both times I was asked to join the Lowes card program, then they explained the credit card program which is entirely different.

Customer service was fine.
The school clothing is poorly made. My daughter's t-shirt was threading in 2 weeks of purchase. It looks absolutely terrible. Returned and replaced and did the same again. Terrible quality for the expensive price

Never asked for it,( credit card) and somehow it accrued a $10 balance for an unauthorised annual fee. Somehow they morphed a good discount card into a fee charging credit card that was never advised about, nor requested. Unauthorised and unlicensed staff with no financially licenced background Involved in issuing these cards On an unsolicited basis. This illegal activity could result in some simply staggering fines.

This is essentially dropshipping and incredibly poor customer service/ business model.

Purchased 3 items on the 19/07/2020. 1 of them arrived a week later. Confused as to why they would send separately, I sent an email to the customer service team. Over another week later, the second item arrives. Still no response from the customer service team so I send a second email. 2 more weeks pass before I finally get an email saying that they will process a refund for the final item.
No apology or consolation.
In my opinion it is highly unethical to advertise items for sale if you do not have them in stock?
I placed my order on the 19th of July and was not refunded until 4.5 weeks later on the 18th of August.
