Poor service and attitude

Tried to order some drinks from Ulladulla Makkas. After they missed one of the drinks from the order I was told they had missed the water on my order and had to pay for it. I offer to pay and was told I had to go back a round through drive thru for something they had missed. When I said that wa ss silly the manager had a go at me and my family. Disgusted by the managers the attitude we left. Now never to return. You have lost your way McDonald's.

I went to McDonalds sandy bay many times when I studying at UTAS, and every time is good experience. The staff are friendly and nice. I often use drive thru service and every time I can get my order quickly.

Went to McDonalds at Frank Street in Labrador. Got 2 medium quarter pounder meals and 10 chicken nuggets. We had to wait for our meal. The fries and nuggets were cold when we got them. The bag was too small for the food and ended up ripping. Won’t be going back there.

Bought an Angus burger with bacon. The buns were soft, sweet and totally terrible. This an american style bread, we're Australians FGS! Toast your buns proper. Make your buns less sweet!

Very bad experience for the 3rd time

It's the 3rd time we have experienced this kind of bad service from McDonald's Felixstow.
This time we ordered just a ham and cheese tostie. But the tostie isn't looking good it was sliding apart and the lady didn't even cut it properly. Her expression was very poor as if she's doing favour on us.
This happen every time.
Staff never treat the customer well.

I bought this burger on the 21 April. it had way too much sauce that if u bit into it it would drip out of the burger and go on ur shirt. i tried to call macccas to see if I could do a refund but they didn't answer. This was a terrible experience and I put off of maccas burgers.

Not happy, waste of money i cant afford

I ordered from the app...Strawberry "deluxe" shakes usually amazing but as usual at this particular store....Terrible.... they are runny (more like milkshake) and it's clearly vanilla "shake" with strawberry topping swirled around..... for $4.80 each it's just ridiculous....every time I come to this store there's always something Wrong or not available or not working

when ever i order the crispy chicken wrap I ask for no bacon as i hate bacon but 8 out of ten times they put a decent amount of bacon in the wrap. not only have i wasted my money but i am also left starving in the backseat of my car, i go to a variety of McDonald's: from Croydon, Lilydale and even ringwood. All McDonalds do the same mistake! please be considerate of the customers requests as it does get quiet annoying.... thank you!

Lousy Maccas Thornleigh

Went there and ordered coffee and fruit bun to take away.
Used touch screen to order.
Waited about 10 minutes before being served
There was no one else waiting for service ahead of me.
As we were walking out noticed that there was a knife but no butter provided.
I didn't order sugar in my coffee but I got a substantial amount in it and only luke warm.
Even though its our local store defnitely won't be going back

Totally disappointing.
Anyone who has ever indulged in Cadbury’s cream Easter eggs would know how thick the chocolate is and the yummy center is just oozes and overflows. The McFlurry was just soft serve with dry old compound chocolate shards. Yuk.

My wife and I called into Macca’s at Chipping Norton today. Young lady asked that we wait in the pick up bay. After a few minutes a young girl came to my window to check our order. Gloves on, BUT!! NO MASK!!! Is this how Macca’s protect their staff and customers.
No wonder Gregory Hills has a staff member with the virus!!
SHAME ON YOU MANAGEMENT, you lot should be sacked immediately... $$$ before the health of staff and customers.
I wonder if the young girls have Grandparents etc
Macca’s should be shut down NOW!!

Poor customer service

I would frequent a McDonalds store twice daily to purchase a coffee and mostly purchase a meal on the second visit. With the replacement of the loyalty card with the phone app, I was not able to access this, it was saying invalid email address. I checked with the store and they said there was nothing they could do about it. Based on their lack of concern for older customers not of all are tech savvy or have access to mobile devices, this is discriminating against tis sector of customers. Since this happened, I have now resorted to purchasing two coffees and a meal from other sources and will not return to a McDonalds.

A new store opened in Sippy Downs, Queensland last year. I always find the food to be hot and very tasty.

I eat mcdonalds at least twice a week from all over the place, everytime i eat at lang lang mcdonalds i always get fresh burger and hot chips. Well done to the staff at lang lang all other franchises should take some best practices from them....

Why does the coffee vary so much between stores or even at the same store? Occasionally but not very often the coffee produced is worth the $5.00, most of the time though it is hit and miss between tasting like warm milk or coffee so bitter that it is not drinkable. Is it because the machines have so many variables that it is impossible to produce a consistent strength and taste or is it because the “baristas” making the coffee are not actually trained baristas?

McDonald’s Midvale service is crap, rubbish. Girl at the cafe is rude. I have waited 20min for a chocolate drink and she told me she’s not supposed to do it although it was under cafe drinks. She did it anyway while banging a few glasses on me. Never ever coming back again. Oh also, patty’s very dry, sloppy food, burger patty’s on the side of the burger. Garbage!!!

Stopped at Maccas Shepperton on our way home from Melbourne. Place was filthy . Full of flies and rubbish on the floor. At 5.30 in the morning the place was not busy so the crew could have been cleaning. Instead they stood around chatting with each other. Also our meal was cold when we received it. It's a pity the health inspector didn't stop in
