We've been renting over 2 and a half years and still are trying to get Mc Lennan to actually DO ANYTHING. We have a bad hot water service, leaking taps, broken blinds, leaking into our lounge room from the laundry, the screen door is half falling apart, there is a leak between the meter and the property costing us over $2,000 per year and despite several phone calls, letters and emails, nothing has been done - nothing. Now they want yet another inspection (which they do every 6 months but conveniently leaves them blind to any faults). Oh, last ...

I've been waiting for a heater, oven,electricity a toilet seat and a working tap out the back. I've sent numerous reports a few emails and even gone into the Office, but nothing will ever be fixed.

I have been trying to find the perfect rental property and I was quite stressed, Maddi made the process really easy and ensured we were happy with everything. So grateful for the customer service we have received.

I was dealing with the young lady Maddy & she was excellent, very helpful & polite. It’s definitely nice to receive excellent customer service which is hard to come by these days.

I’ve rented through McLennan for about 5 years now and the girls in Property Management are amazing! They are very friendly and do what they can to get things done. Special mention to Moana who I’ve recently been dealing with. Would totally recommend this agency.

Receptionist gives your business a very bad name. She had no idea on how to deal with the public very rude, talks over you has no respect.

Constantly getting SPAM text messages from McLennan Real Estate when I never provided details nor do I live anywhere near Dandenong. Stop spamming people.

We became tenants of a mclennan property just after we came to the country. The backyard was grassy and couldn’t enter the house from back door. When we vacate, they charge for cleaning although we cleaned the property well. Money hungry people. Very bad. Mislead new migrants

Been trying to resolve maintenance issues that were promised to be fixed from day one. 5 months down the road they still have not been completed and all of my calls are ignored. Very unprofessional.

Carmen Clayton has looked after many of my properties, as an interstate investor I rely on my property management team to perform to a high standard, Carmen has never let me down. I couldn’t ask for a better Property Manager, she delivered in Queensland and now she is delivering for my Melbourne properties.

I have been renting with McLennan for 8 years now and have always been happy with their service and staff at McLennan Dandenong.
Just recently I had a issue at the property I am currently renting I contacted my property manager Hayley Lennon she arranged to get it in touch with me asap and got the issue resolved within 24 hours.
Due to my work I cannot answer my mobile so communication via email from Hayley was very efficient and worked perfectly for me.
Normally when I send emails I do not hear back or if I do it takes days.
I don't normally see good service these days but when I do I do not hesitate to leave feedback.

Left several messages for staff to call me. Don't return phone calls(Jackie the worst offender at McLennan). Made booking to view rental property via text message via link. Viewing at 4.45 pm - 5.20 pm ring Mclennan to see where property manager is and told she will be there because in traffic - 6.00 pm still no property manager(no phone call to clients to say she won't be appearing). Totally disgusted with McLennan Real Estate Dandenong attitude towards their customers. Have been their customer for 5 years and it has always been the same.

The staff are quite unprofessional, uneducated and rude & lack empathy when dealing with 1st home buyers.
