Very helpful more than happy to change over to members own health fund. Better value and service provided than my old health fund i was with for nearly 40 years.

Member's Own represents a number of member owned Health Insurance Funds. I was unhappy with my current fund because of poor customer service. When I rang Members own I talked to the same person on two separate occasions. She was great and talked me through my options.
