Their Error = I'm Not Covered

I trusted these insurance brokers to give me adequate health insurance coverage, now I require urgent surgery only to find it is EXCLUDED. Do not trust them. I've repeatedly asked for the audio files from the call recordings and they have refused them, I've repeatedly had to chase them up for failing to get back to me esp when I explained the urgency of my surgery and how I told them I needed certain coverage. Now they've wiped their hands of it and said they've done nothing wrong, too bad, you're not covered, not going to do anything about it. Off to ombudsman now, disgraceful and unprofessional. Thanks for nothing.

after my health insurer has repeatedly increased prices over the last five years by an average of 10 % and are a not for profit company decided i had to look around further and found this site which had a comphrensive list of competitive insurers - phoned and spoke to Julia and she explained everything clearly and precisely so i changed insurers over the phone and not only saved $60 a month but Julia did all the necessary work so the one phone call achieved the full and final result while still keeping all my previous benefits

Dealing with David was so easy and friendly, he had a great knowledge of services on offer and was VERY helpful in pointing out the best deal for us. After comparing what we had he worked out the best way for us to go, saving us quite a few dollars on the way. There was no problem with him calling me back later in the day so I could discuss things with my wife prior to a final decision. No pressure to sign up right away.

Got fed up with my for-profit health funds ever-increasing premiums whilst cover was decreasing. Then I found out that my 'extras' cover barely covered a thing. Did a quote with these Members Own and bought Hunter Health insurance - a not for profit health fund - providing far, far more cover and better extras. The bonus: it was cheaper!!
