Flimsy pendant and totally ridiculous logic behind return policy
I bought on line a 10k gold snowflake pendant using After pay. I got a pendant yesterday and didn't like it, it was tiny and flimsy, definitely not worth $99. My first instalment for After pay is in 10 days, so if the product is returned before that date, a normal procedure is for a seller to contact After pay and cancel the oder.
But that is not logical for this company. I was advised by their customer service to return the item in the store where I would receive a full refund on my card and then I would have to continue paying instalments to...Read more
After pay How crazy are you all there? All you have to do is to pick up the phone and cancel the order with After pay as ALL other stores do. A complete lack of common sense. Learn from the other companies and stores!
