Standard Tyre.
Upon purchasing this tyre due to the tread appearing to look like it can grip well I later noticed that it does work enough to be useful for the environmnts i usually drive in, however the tread appears to wear down quickly where i have purchased other tyres that have lasted longer than this.

Excellent tyres
VERY quiet tyres. So far they feel extremely good to drive with. Do not know what the longevity of the tyres are yet. But so far I am very impressed by the handling of the tyres and the way they grip to the road. Will be buying them again from the same place.

Michelin Primacy a great tyre
Tyres are great, handle well in the wet and the dry, have a smooth quiet drive, unlike some of the tyres. Have had them on the current car for around 4 months and I will definately choose to buys these again, can't comment on their longevity yet but it may be the compromise for better handling.

Super quiet road noise.
ST stands for "Silence Tuned'. Exactly what I was looking for. Comfort is my number one priority and these tyres delivered in spades! Leave performace, road holding etc.etc. to younger drivers to comment on. Best tyres I've ever bought. Only been driving since 1956 and this is my fourth Mercedes. Best tyres ever!

The confidence of a reliable tyres
I bought a whole set of Michelin three months ago.
The tyres are very soft on a bumpy road, this is what I noticed straightaway.
Few hours later, I noticed how quiet are these set on freeways compared to my old tyres (they were big name and good quality too).
I compared Michelin with other tyres online and they were always in he top three in all aspects.
I personally enjoy driving my car with confiedence now with these tyres.

Best tyres I've ever bought.
Fitted these tyres to our 2010 i30 wagon and the difference is so noticeable. So much quieter than the last Continental Conti Comforts and the car now turns in and handles corners like never before. Hope they last better than last tyres (24k) but will still stick to these Michelin Premacys regardless. They are so good.

Quiet And Comfortable Ride
Very happy with the recommendation to change up to these tyres. I get a lovely comfortable ride but the best thing is the quietness. I didn't notice at first because they are actually noisier for the first week or two, as they settle in but after that. Great! I do a lot of country driving so I really appreciate the difference.
Great tyres.

Quiet and good grip
I felt the sound difference instantly compared to the stock tyres on my Subaru Forester. These tyres had a much better grip and were significantly quieter. They also look good and are not overly slim, which protects the alloy wheel. Time will tell how long they last but wear seems good so far.

Good grip and quiet too
The tyres were sold to me as quiet and they are on my car. Seem to be durable too-I have done over 20000 kms and they have plenty of life. I take them off-road regularly (outback driver) and they have plenty of grip in wet and dry conditions. Would highly recommend them and will be buying them again!

Super smooth and very quiet!
Really noticeable difference in handling, performance and fuel economy. Super smooth and grip the road very well. Purchased from Kmart tyre centre on their recommendation and would happily recommend these to anyone looking for a new set of tyres. Very reasonable price too - especially given the quality. Not worth paying any less.

superior to original pirelli's
Getting over 50,000kms out of these. My Skoda Octavia Scout originally when purchased came with a set of Pirelli's but I was forever getting punctures. Only one puncture so far from over 100,000kms since switching to these. Holds well on the road and reasonably quiet too. Would rate these highly.

Not bad
recently purchased and fitted these tyres. They are more expensive than other brands however I was willing to give them a try. I quite like them so far, they feel smooth on the road, and the good grip is quite noticeable as well. Am keen to find out how long these tyres last, my Pirelli tyres cracked within 2 years...

Magnificent tyre
These are a top tyre in every department, with stopping ability that is just amazing, quieter and feel better than the original Bridgestones. Look good also. Tip for longer life- run tyre pressures at 39 PSI to prevent rounded shoulders wearing out faster than the rest of the tyres. Will buy again.

Love them
I'm a limo driver, and drive a Holden Caprice. I have been using cheap (and probably low quality) tyres for quite a while, but have recently switched to these Michelins. I know it probably doesn't mean much to compare the Michelins to the cheapies, but for what it's worth, I definitely notice quite a reduction in noise and improvement in wet weather grip. (I never really push the car hard enough to test dry grip). There is also a small improvement in comfort. The Caprice is already a smooth and quiet car, but the 3ST have taken it to the next ...Read more
level - I am very happy with these tyres and will be staying with them. Regarding wear, this also seems very good - the rears have done 45000km and the depth of the two outer main grooves measures 5mm, so I think I'll get 70 - 80,000km, which I would be very impressed with. I have only just put the 3STs on the front. (and this is why I have waited until now to do the review, with all four wheels now shod with the 3STs). Big thumbs up and I wish I had discovered these tyres a long time ago. UPDATE 22-Sep-2018 Wear is excellent - the rears have done 100,000km now and are still going. I expect to replace them at 110,000. (note that they've only been on the rear, so it is possible that with rotation they might wear a bit faster).Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Pay a little bit more and get a whole lot more
These new Michelin Primacy 3ST were only a fraction more than the tyres that I intended to purchase but I am so glad that I shelled out the few extra bucks. The care felt totally different, more stable and the steering more direct as if the power steering had been turned on. The ride is firm but comfortable and they feel just the same in the wet as the dry which is remarkable. They have only done 20,000 km and look like new and the braking is much improved. You'd be mad not to grab a set of these for your machine

Brilliant Quiet Tyre
My focus was to find a quiet running tyre with good grip. The guys at JAX recommended this tyre, and since fitting, have found it to be quiet with low road noise, and very good grip, even in the wet. The car feels more secure, and has positive road handling, which was severely missing in the tyres fitted by the Mazda dealer when we bought the car second hand.

Very happy with these tyres
I got these to replace a "brand X" (which had previously been fitted by a garage when my previous tyres were needing to be replaced).
After a *lot* of shopping around, I found the best price at Costco Ringwood, when they had a special on this brand.
I've been really happy with the handling, road holding and smooth ride offered by these tyres. They are quiet on the road well and at this stage, I can't fault them. I'd happily use them again in the future when this set wear out.

Are the Primacy tyres as durable as the Energy XM2?
1 answer
I seem to remember seeing XM2 and Primacy 4 having similar wear ratings stamped to the sidewall, I'd imagine you will get excellent Mileage on the Primacy's based on their reputation
