Really good air conditioner
Unit is really quiet and effective. On a 42 degree day, you don’t feel the heat at all. The sweeping vents is a really great feature - I can keep 3 rooms (not open plan) by adjusting the vents to target different areas. The super effective, and installation was straightforward.

Enjoying it right now
Had Mitsubishi Industries Inverter air co installed throughout the house (sizes pending on room) and am very happy with the quality, the ease of use, and the cooling. Haven't used the heating part yet
but assume I will not be disappointed considering how much I enjoy using the remote control to start the aircon My first choice was to get ducted heating but as this was not an option for this house this is a very very good second choice!!!! Run very quiet

Effective Mitsubishi 2.5Kw Unit
This unit was installed into a ten-square metre bedroom in mid 2017. The air-conditioner provides more than enough airflow to chill the temperature of the room in just a few minutes. At a purchase price of $700.00 after the cash-back offer, this was an excellent purchase. We highly recommended the unit.

What a Fantastic Air Conditioner - Uncomporomised Engineering
This unit is so quiet that I think it is comparable to a ducted system for noise. On cooling flat out it uses 350W of power. To put that into perspective, that is 3.5 old fashioned 100W light bulbs. How can this unit be so efficient, so quiet, and so cheap to purchase? I installed mine myself. I was extremely careful not to vent any gas to atmosphere when disconnecting my gauges and vacuum pump, by raising the charge pressure in the interconnecting piping to only just above atmospheric pressure when I disconnected the gauges, and was super dili...Read more
gent with my flares and jointing. I'm an electrician by trade and a mechanical engineer by profession and I am astounded by this little unit. I have a large Panasonic room air conditioner about 9 years old in my living room, which is just so noisy and inefficient. I bought this new 2kW Mitsubishi unit for our bedroom after reading the Choice Magazine review, but ended up installing in the kitchen which faces west. It has transformed our house. The big 8 kW unit in my living room used to struggle badly in very hot weather, but this little 2 kW doesn't struggle in a room that is just over half the size. It also use less than 1/8 th the power for allegedly 1/4 the capacity. I actually think it is under rated. I have had this new one for about a year now, and I've toyed with the idea of installing two of these in my living room as I just cannot get over their quietness, reliability, and efficiency. My biggest fear is this model being put out to pasture and being replaced with something that is inferior. Mitsubishi should be selling these by the million. Just amazing.Similar opinion? Pretty Good!
Quick installation. Got one of these bad boys this year and kept me cool in summer and has never failed to keep me warm in winter. However, its long startup time for heating is a possible detriment. Nonetheless, great product, many features, easy to use, quiet and aesthetically pleasing. 8/10

SRK20ZMXA-S Mitsubishi Heavy Industries air conditioner
Got two of those units a year apart. I totally fed up with high power prices and how much heating/cooling cost. So I was looking for the small, reliable and power efficient unit. Not sure about now, but a couple of years ago, when I stumbled upon this model I could not find any other brand making any more or perhaps same energy efficient units of that size. Out of 6 energy efficiency stars this unit is rated 5.5 stars for heating and 6 for cooling. No kidding, if your house is insulated well and this unit run in economy mode, not only it cools ...Read more
down/heats up well, but also consumes a little more power than your good sized pedestal fan. So far we're using both AC a lot in the middle of the winter and summer, no faults or complaints. I think this is the first air conditioner in my life that I don't switch on and think about upcoming power bill. Very pleased so far with unit performance and efficiency claim.Similar opinion?
