After fully charging the watch my son made 2 calls from it and Worthing 40 min to an hour the battery died, it can’t do what we bought it for with the battery life like that there for a waste of money and I can’t find who to contact about it

Quick delivery, great product and functions, was a bit clunky to set up and I'm a bit disappointed I can't type a message to send, only emojis or voice message. I am also a bit disappointed that it can only run on the Vodafone network as this makes coverage very limited in rural ares, I would like to see option to go through other providers. Overall a great innovative product though.

Does everything it’s promised.
My 10y/o son is wrapt with it and is now enjoying being able to be more independent and know that I’m only a call away.
- Very straight forward to set up.
- Battery life is at lease two days (have turned brightness of screen down and lowered how often the tracking happens)
- Extremely clear to talk and hear.
- Tracking is spot on
- mobile cover has been great (regional Vic)
A couple of small Improvements would make it perfect;
- battery life display to be larger (very hard to read)
- more pre set text and emojis
- the ability to use a photo as the screen background

Product was delivered quite quickly considering it was over Christmas, watch band seems pretty good and easy to use. Good choice! Only problem I’m finding is messaging through the app.

The watches have great functionality and are relatively easy to set up. They give great control to parents about the whereabouts of the kids. I don't know yet how the mobile coverage will perform in country areas. They could be improved by having some simple game apps or music that kids can download and play/listen in the watch.

I brought this watch for my 8 year old daughter. Definitely gives me peace of mind when she is away from me. You can view tracking history and can contact her via phone call, messages and video call.

We got this for our 7 year old son, mainly for after school. Very easy to use and set up, he absolutely loves it. He’s only complaint is there are no games. I love the safe zones and it notifies me when he has left the safe zone and the gps with his location. It’s great being able to control who can contact him. One of my sons favourite features is the pedometer, he tries to beat the days before steps.

Great product with amazing customer service. Their repose is very quick and helpful. My son loves it and I can know contact him at his break time / lunch or in the after school care

Watch not working, got the top mobile plan, when I ring the watch, states number not available, date in American style, can’t change details on app, second watch as the other one didn’t charge, having to wait long periods of time for a reply email, watch still not working

Very satisfied with this product, which definitely has met and exceeded expectations.
Definitely worth what I paid for it.
I would recommend this product to anyone who is wanting to let their child start to have freedom but still wants peace of mind.

Kids absolutely love them, good to keep in contact with them. However battery only lasts a day, gps is always way off and the app doesn’t seem to sync well with them

Does exactly as described. My daughter loves being able to keep in contact with her older siblings and grandparents. Love how i know where she is at all times, as she certain issues that make it important to have these features. Im getting 2 more 1 for my youngest boy and 1 for my gboy.

My son love this and the features are great. However the battery life is poor and must be charged every day. Sturdy built. Good quality housing. My son likes that you can change the bands.

LOVE this watch. Didn’t want to give our son the freedom of a phone and all the dramas that come with it so decided on a Moochies instead. The tracker is very accurate, call quality is great and love how only approved people can contact him.

The Moochies Watch is of great value works effectively, the video chat is a little delayed and distorted but for price and the size of the device can’t complain! The voice chat and messages are perfect! My 8 year old loves it, has multiple contacts that she calls and messages every day! Just her having her own some what of a mobile device is exciting for her!

I think I expected a lot more from this product. I read the battery life is about 6 hrs. Ours is more like 3hrs. It’s not the right watch for us. The protective glass covering the screen broke within minutes of wearing the watch. And she was drawing at the time? The watch also died within 20mins of turning on. It always seems to need charging. Plus it gets to hot to wear when a call is bring made... I would like to return this product. Hate to leave a bad review but this hasn’t been a very good experience.

I am so cranky! My son got this watch for his birthday 3 days ago and it worked perfect for a day and then since then it keeps saying searching for network! It’s connected to wifi as well! He’s not worn it in any water and I’ve topped up the credit incase it was that and it’s still not working!

Such an expensive present that is now useless! I have emailed Moochie and am yet to receive a reply!
