Fantastic
Having already Motorola G7 I was pretty confident buying Moto G7 Power. I thought the battery life cannot be that much better and ooo boy how wrong I was. It manages 3 days between charges! Absolutely brilliant
Purchased in March 2021.

Amazing battery in a beautiful phone
I bought this from Motorola for $299 and after about a month I've been very happy with it. I previously had been using an iPhone 6s and I'd say the camera quality is about the same as that which I am happy with.
The phone is larger than my old 6s but feels good in my hands, though I often find I need to use two hands more than I'm used to having come from a smaller phone previously.
The main drawcard though is the battery and it doesn't disappoint. I can usually get three days out of it, but even on days where I've been using it for several h...Read more
ours and listening to music I can get two days out of it. I like how the fingerprint scanner is on the back which allows me to quickly unlock the phone, and also gives me a large bright screen without any buttons.Purchased in September 2021 at Motorola for $299.00.

Highly intuitive phone with great features but the microphone doesn't work and the notifications work occasionally
Bought this phone from Tecobuy a Hong Kong based company who don't recognise Australian Consumer Law. The camera isn't great but for $251 AUD it's fine. The microphone stopped working after 2 weeks and the notifications (I use full songs) play everytime I make or receive a call and can't be switched off. If I receive several messages whilst making a call, then the notifications replay from the start and it's a cacophony of noise, making it difficult to concentrate on a conversation. However, notifications from messages, social media apps and c...Read more
alendar reminders work occasionally. These issues are standard for this make and model. Tecobuy insisted I pay to return the phone to Hong Kong, which may take 4 to 6 weeks to be assessed and repaired. A refund was only offered if there were no phones of the same make or model in stock. In Australia, pay extra for an Australian model, so that it can be returned for a refund. I'm waiting for paypal to determine what is fair.Purchased in August 2021 at Tecobuy for $251.00.

Excellent
Top phone. Bought it online for $250.
Excellent screen. Fast and responsive apps. Camera is ok but I don't use it often and that's fine. Battery life is the standout feature. Last two full days and fully charges in about an hour and a half.
Highly recommended phone.
Purchased in June 2021 at Online for $250.00.

The phone for people sick of ridiculously expensive phones when they could buy gin instead.
Our stupid world works something like this:
HUMANS: Hey, we're doin' fine. Lovin' life! Weeeee! Everything is awesome!
PHONE MAKERS: Your phone is too slow, too small, too big, too square, too round, too many notches, not enough notches, too many cameras. not enough cameras, too low resolution, too ugly, too last year! Buy this new phone - it fixes your life!
HUMANS: My life sucks! I hate you dad! I need a new phone! Gimme gimme gimme!
Repeat yearly.
Aaaaaand **that's** what I hate about phones. Now, I say this having been a tech nerd for as ...Read more
long as I can remember. From my early computers, to my first smart phone (an O2 XDA Atom) which was released before the iPhone hype, I've always loved tech gear and reading about it, BUT I have always hated with a deep passion the ridiculously short battery life of smart phones, and the exorbitant price tags attached to them. Over the years I found myself holding on to my phones for longer and longer periods while others around me went on their merry way with their yearly programmed upgrade schedule without blinking an eye. - Cue: Major Phone Manufacturers laughing maniacally while swimming in pools filled with money and baby seals (rich people own lots of baby seals). So, when Motorola announced the release of the Moto G7 Power in Australia earlier this year, with two features that were seemingly designed just for me - a huge 5000mAh battery, and a tiny $349 price tag - my ears pricked up and my current phone (a Nexus 6P) started to develop abandonment issues.Similar opinion?
