Im very happy with my experiance i feel this is a genuine heart felt company i have reached our to cusromer support and all i can say is i feel like a customer not a number :)

Mr appliance was showing ( and still shows) the item in the stock, but once I placed the order, I did not receive any communications about the delivery . After my follow up, they told me the item is out of stock and I have to wait couple of weeks. Still the item shows in stock !! do not trust their website and delivery.

Ordered part from site and charged immediately but part not available. Still waiting for email response as to why I have not been refunded. How can I be charged for part they do not have. They do not answer phone, do not respond to emails.
Now have to take this up with my bank.

Several parts were available to me, only one of which would fit, these guys helped me figure out which one I needed and got it to me in 4 days which I’m very happy with.
I’d use these guys again for sure.

Ordered a rangehood filter for a Simpson stovetop, I received emails updating me on when the product would arrive and the product was as described so I'm happy with my purchase.

I ordered electrolux evaporative motor on Tuesday and it arrived following Friday on fourth day from the day of order. Delivery was fast and product was exact match. I give 5 stars to Mr.Appliance. It has been 10 days so far since I installed it, working smoothly.

Ordered a new drain pump for our Euro dishwasher. I gave them the model number and a quick description of the pump over the phone. I was informed that it was in stock and was next day delivery. Correct part was received and on time. Would recommend!

I ordered a part for my fridge and repeatedly stated the location of the part and what serial number it was. I confirmed that the correct part was being ordered after I heard the price as the price seemed out of sync with the part but was told it was correct. It wasn't. I attempted to return the part only to be ignored by unfriendly staff topped with an excuse of being too busy.

When purchasing, advised items are in stock.
They send me a questioner for my satisfaction on "3 items" which I am yet to receive!
Sent an email to the questioner reply - no response. Still trying to call the nearest warehouse (either busy or unattended). Beware.

Found correct part on line at an excellent price;
Ordered part on Monday;
Email notifications received as promised;
Part arrived by mail on Friday;
Part fitted in ten minutes as per Youtube instructions;
Works perfectly;

The washing machine door handle was the best price I could see and it was dispatched promptly. It arrived as described. I've now fitted it and am very happy. Thank you!

Excellent and component service. Mr Appliance fixed the problem with my refrigerator on the first visit. Had previously called another appliance vendor out twice who only fixed the symptom and charged 3 times the amount Mr Appliance charged who actually fixed it. Then had a problem with a 20 year old washing machine, they fixed it on the first visit. A year later, the motor on that washer gave out and they replaced it and again charged much less than I was expecting. I believe I can count of the washer & Mr Appliance for years to come!

I got the original part for my ILVE Cooktop/Oven I was after at a cheaper price than I could dealing straight with ILVE. Part arrived as scheduled and service was smooth.

I required a new part for my wife's washing machine. Ordered the part on Thursday and received Monday morning.
NSW to Melbourne. With the help of youtube part fitted in less than an hour.
I notice some customers have had confusion with part numbers, I carefully identified the part and ordered accordingly.

Explained the component I required, they gave me a link to the part I needed, but it was the wrong part. Refusing an exchange for the correct part. Very disappointed and annoyed.

Found the dishwasher parts easily online and ordered on the Monday. Parts were delivered Wednesday morning. Couldn't believe how quick they came. Phone service was great too as I needed a third part which has unfortunately been discontinued.

Ordered an oven element from their web site, received incorrect and damaged unit, couldn't wait another week for another replacement so I carried out some remedial work on the unit and installed it.
Will buy from a shop next time, so that I know what I'm getting.
