I only needed a small item, a burner cap for my stove top, and yet customer service went out of their way to make sure I get the correct one. I found them very easy to deal with.

Further to my review above, I also give them 5 stars for speed of delivery. The item arrived within 2 days. I ordered on Monday, and by Wednesday I had it in my hand. I'm very happy with their overall service.


Sneaky price-changing 'company'...beware!

I recently emailed Mr Appliance about stock of an item and although they got back to me quick enough, I noticed that within a few hours the price of the item had 'magically' increased from $15 to $45!!! Call me sceptical or a pessimist but it seems a bit coincidental that this happened on the same day that I made my enquiry. The price had been $15 since I first found the website 1 week before the email.



After reading some of the reviews, I am not surprised by this behaviour but it is extremely unprofessional if this is the case. Shame on you.

Prompt Courteous and Efficient Service

The part I needed was not on the internet so I emailed MrAppliance and they had the part uploaded so that I could order it. After all that I had ordered the wrong part. I used the code from my builders list but then found they had fitted a slightly different oven. Emailed again and was able to order the right part and return the wrong part for a refund. Even if I had paid for both parts it was still cheaper than another parts site I checked. Part arrived within 4 days. I now have this site in my favourites and will not bother going anywhere else.

They had the right (obscure dishwasher) part, it was in stock. Shipped on Saturday, on my doorstep on Monday. Incredibly good service.

I read some bad reviews for Mr Appliance but I am very happy. They promptly replied to my questions and the part which was huge was sent to the NT and delivered within the time advised. It was easy to install and exactly what I needed.

Ordered parts the other day, arrived 2 days later, loved the speedy delivery. Great people to deal with, easy to talk to and they knew what they were talking about. Read some old reviews, obviously has been taken over by new owners. Excellent service and will definitely be using these guys again, Couldn't fault them.

Ordered and paid for a couple of vacuum filters on Wednesday and had the correct items in my hand the following Tuesday. All the way to North Queensland. This is the first time I have used Mr Appliance and will not hesitate to use again. My experience in this instance was a very good one, super happy!

Worked fine for me

I ordered a new dryer belt on Tuesday, and had it the following Monday. Successfully repaired my dryer for under $50, so I'm very happy. Of course reading these other reviews, YMMV, but for me everything went smoothly. When I read these reviews, before buying, It looked like the business has undergone a change of ownership recently so I took that into account as explanation for the weirdness with the phone number (which is no longer on the website).

Why advertise a contact number on line if you no longer have a call centre

left messages for 3 days waiting for a call back, sent an email and was advised no call centre anymore, waste of time and I am still no closer to sourcing the part I need for my machine, If the message that you only deal online was received earlier I would have my part by now. Online on states "prefer online contact"

I ordered a dishwasher hose off there online catalogue and it was a washing machine hose the order ws correct in that I ordered from simpson dishwasher section find someone else as this is still ongoing and now the part has been removed and they say it is my fault dont deal with them

Fantastic customer service

Ordered an oven element part it was sent extremely promptly but due to a mix up another element part with almost the identical product code was Sent. Mr appliance have been incredibly professional and sent me a returns satchel and then refunded the full amount including courier charge when they couldn't supply the part I wanted. At no stage did they try and pass the buck. I was very impressed with their integrity and quick responses to my emails. I would definately recommend and I will use the again. It looks like the new owners are on the right react. Keep up the good work!!

I was nervous after reading all the reviews - but got the part in 48 hours and it was exactly right. I can see the ownership has changed - and it looks like the service has too. Well wrapped and good service. I'll use them again

Same story as everyone below, ordered part, 2 weeks later nothing tried ringing 1300 and 02 number off course no one picked up. Dumb scammer accepted paypal so I won't be scammed and get all my hard earned money back through resolution center. What a joke.

Ordered two vacuum attachments. One didn't fit my nilfisk cleaner(even though I measured), one completely different to what was on website (they sent some cheap $5 attachment). Emailed twice. Rang 1300 number twice and had to leave messages as no one mans the phones. No response. Have now escalated to Paypal dispute. Only then got a response saying they refuse to refund unless I send back. Except they haven't provided reply paid address. I refuse to pay anymore top send back. Not sure if I did send back if they could be trusted to refund. Will claim through Paypal. These people are so dodgey. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from them. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a washing machine pump and 2 dryer capacitors
received an email saying the order had been dispatched and waited for delivery.
Emailed the company to find out why I had not received the order and was told the solenoid was out stock,
I did not order a solenoid, emailed back and have not heard a thing since

Please be aware that My appliance changed hands on Nov 28 2014. The new owners still make the occasional mistake, but when we do we admit it quickly, and fix it.

Never buy from them - they take your money and never deliver

These people are happy to take your money but never respond when the part doesn't arrive. Note there are no contact details for managers or staff only an email address.
