Never buy from them - they take your money and never deliver

These people are happy to take your money but never respond when the part doesn't arrive. Note there are no contact details for managers or staff only an email address.

Item has never been sent very unhappy dont reply to emails.
dont bother using them go and buy from somewhere local.

Bad Company, takes money and delivers nothing.

I have used Mrappliance once before and they were great, so without hesitation i used them again. From the reviews posted here it seems that within the last few months they have gone from being a honest company. No response to emails or phone calls. A search of whosis shows the domain owners name and a different company he now works for. Tried calling that company as well but they also seem unhelpful.
Take your money elsewhere and avoid this company!!

My dishwasher seal had bit the dust & was leaking & called 2 Dr Seal people who were going to charge me $250 for the seal & labour. I came across this website & took a chance so for $70 all up & the experience of putting it on myself, it was easy as. Will definitely use them again. Thankyou Mr Appliance online.

Ordered parts 2 weeks ago. Their warehouse is supposedly 20 minutes down the road but no store front so cant pick items up. Items not arrived, emailed many times getting false Australia post tracking number. Cant track parcel, cant contact company. Looked at web site later after order and price of items went up $10 each. Makes me think they didnt send on purpose. Lost my money I expect. I will open a Paypal Dispute .AVOID AVOID AVOID

I ordered a dryer window and got all these great emails that my part has been picked and dispatched on the same day. I was still waiting four weeks later. I contacted them and they replied with the same sob story that it must of got lost in the post and offered a refund or replacement. I asked for replacement. Four weeks later I'm still waiting. Very dodgy that you can only email. Responses to emails are extremely slow and if I had done my research I would never have bothered with this company. Fair Trading and Consumer Affairs will be contacted and I hope for a full refund but won't be holding my breath!!!

Hi Mr Appliance. Thanks for your help with selecting the correct replacement part for my dryer. Who knew it would only be $20 to fix rather than paying $300 for a new dryer. The part arrived in a couple of days and was easy to install. Happy wife happy life :)

Don't waste your time

Promises to ship within 24 hours, but then says shipping can take between 2-16 days and longer in some cases; blames Australia Post. Received order a week later with $12+ delivery fee & then only delivers 2/3 of the order required to fix the problem. To top things off, cannot contact the company directly, only via email or fax. Do not waste your time, shop locally....

These idiots don't deserve to be in business. Advertising a part ships in 24 hours when it doesn't is fraudulent. Do not waste your money. Trading Standards should be across this lot - absolute con. Rip off and shouldn't be in business. Don't waste a moment with them they're poor.


Correct parts eventually arrived

Parts fitted properly but took over a month to arrive. [name removed] did answer my emails but used the excuse that the parts had been lost in the mail. A simple explanation or apology would have helped (apart from blaming the postal service). I would love to be able to give these guys a higher rating as it's a much needed service.

Ordered a specific product and a completely different one was sent. Made phone call (number hidden in terms an conditions) no one answering and sent several emails without response. Checked their website and the product I ordered is now not on there. They are hoping that if they ignore us, we give up trying to get satisfaction. Best way to get results is to report them to Fair Trading. I suggest that if you've had a bad experience you should report them.

Wrong product sent; not responsive and unattainable. Awful customer service.

Ordered online for my dishwasher. I never received the parts. After emailing them, received a reply from Ashley, saying the goods had been sent. Subsequent emails offer a refund and keep the goods when they come. Since I am only 5 minutes from their warehouse, asked for a refund. Still have not received goods or a refund. Worst service ever. Dont get conned.

Sent exact description of parts required, and they sent the wrong parts.
Even sent photos of my oven door. Ended up trying the hinge they sent and there is no way it fits, so I now cannot get a refund as I have opened the package.
Have sent about 10 emails but do not get a reply. have wasted about $110
Finally found their phone number, which is very difficult to do and left a message, but as i see from other reviews am unlikely to get a response .

Ordered and paid for a product before reading reviews on this site. Product was listed as dipatched 7 days from Sydney and counting. ( Cliffy Young ran it less time ). try to contact no phone. no.s Ooops I should have checked again but didnt. Now giving upon parts ever arriving. No reply to email inquiries. Dodgy.

Fraudulent website imho. Order hip dont recieve cant contact no phone on website


Poor After Sales Service !!

Have been waiting 25 days for a part to be delivered to Melbourne.
Sent emails and phone several times all with the pre-recorded message "we cant take your call at the moment but..."
Even when ringing between the limited hours they actually take calls, there are no human as anywhere to be seen (or heard)

I put my order for a oven part in on 31st Jan. To date, 14th Jan still has not arrived. I know that they warn that delivery can take up to 20 days with Aust Post I find this ridiculous as I have recently ordered and received goods from USA which took less time. I suggested they change couriers. perhaps it time that we order from overseas as they are always prompt and follow through with any queries. I'll wait and see how long this oven part takes but will not order from MR APPLIANCE again.

Haven't received goods but received an email to rate service.

Thank you Mr Appliance, you saved me buying a new oven by just replacing an heating part!! The parts were received the next day which was amazing! Great work thank once again :) I work in a large organisation and will be letting everyone know about Mr Appliance!!
