We had a Vogue Navarra installed upstairs a few years ago. In 2022 we purchased an Esse stove from Brian and the team to warm our 60 sq M granny flat/office. It was expertly fitted by Patrick and Ron.

Then a few weeks later, we added the Wise Living Linea insert fireplace in downstairs. It has a boiler on the back and the plumbers did all the pipework and header tank in the roof space to link in seven radiators, four of which are cast iron. Again, Ron and Patrick fitted the insert. Brian’s staff sprayed the radiators in a platinum finish. The plumbers were great, Wise Living in Albury provided all the parts and support to the plumbers.

This is the third fireplace we have had - we put a Vogue in our last place, and we were very happy with it. When we moved house, we installed a different brand, not sure why. But although it looked good, was obviously not the same quality, and didn't last the distance. Just replaced it with another Vogue, the Pintel Deluxe, and can see the difference in quality. All the office staff were extremely helpful, and the installation was very professionally done. Very happy, and we feel good that we have supported a local manufacturer, and local business. Highly recommended.

We purchased what we needed from another company and we are very happy with them. In future TRY to listen to what you are being told not sure why I could't reply to your comment - maybe that how you have made the website.

Had aVogue pintel mk2 heater installed from Mr Stoves, we are very happy with it. The office staff and installers were all very helpful. Patrick and Ron the installers did a terrific job and left everything neat and tidy.

On Monday we picked up our new Esse 990 wood stove. It was packed in a wooden crate and wrapped in plastic ready for it’s 3 hour trip to our country home. The Manager came out and went through the whole installation process with us and said we could call at anytime if we have issues. Service to date has been excellent.

We purchased a gas fireplace from the team at Mr Stoves some six months back on a sale but only recently picked the unit up. The whole process was fantastic and they were all to happy to help with the many questions I had regarding install. (I had many many)
Biggest difference from other stores is we felt they only wanted to help if there was a big profit on the way. Mr Stoves just wanted to help. Naturally that made us want to help them by sending our business their way!
Would use them again in a heart beat.

After buying my fireplace from Gold Coast Fireplace and BBQ and receiving no after sales service, I turned to Mr Stoves (Darra, Qld) for help. They were more than wonderful: knowledgable, polite, willing to give me all the time in the world. Even though I only ended up buying glass cleaner from them!!! Just make sure you ask to see their full product catalogue. They have much more than is out on display, which is one of the reasons I went to the Gold Coast instead. How I regret THAT decision!

The wood heater that arrived & was installed is not the same as the one shown on their website. Not the fault of the installer who did an excellent job. The fault lies with incorrect working drawings shown on the Mrstoves website. The flue is actually in the middle of the stove top whereas it's shown in all the drawings, (even the drawings that come with the delivered stove), as being at the rear of the stove top. This changes the distance from the walls of the installed product, & also does not leave enough room on the stove top for a frying pan or large kettle/saucepan, etc.

We did order a 8.5 kw Split Air Conditioner with Mr Stove. It was arranged to get it installed on Monday 8.30 am.
Guess what, Monday 8.30 two Electrical Fitters came with our Air Conditioner. They did not have an easy way to run the new power cable but done a brilliant job.
We could not expected better work . We are very happy with the job from both Fitters and also with the service from Mr. Stove.
If you are looking to get Air Conditioning go and see Mr Stove. You will be happy just like we are.

We purchased two Fujitsu AC units months ago and they were delivered broken. One of the units is still in pieces. We are waiting for parts to arrive from supplier. It has been an unpleasant experience to date.

I have recently purchased the vogue wood heater from Mr Stoves at Darra, our prior research in other heaters found that the additional extras required on similar products drove the price far higher than what we wanted to spend. I found that the value for money at Mr Stoves was excellent and the service on the sales side and installation was exceptional.

This is the second time I have purchased a fireplace from Mr.Stoves and never went into the showroom got all the information I needed to make my decision over the phone. Only had to wait one week for installation which was done by the same father and son team who do a terrific job. The fireplace we chose this time Vogue Navara Mk3 is brilliant had it burning last night for the first time, love it.

If you need a new stovetop, oven, rangehood, etc for your kitchen I cannot recommend this company any higher. They answer and return calls promptly, offer friendly service and real advice to suit your needs. And importantly they wont try and up-sell you anything you don't need. They are super fast and reliable and honestly a pleasure to deal with. I would happily recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic Fireplace I now love Winter, great fireplace with unique fan feature "only one on the Australian market". This is the best fireplace we have ever owned and I would not hesitate to buy again from this store. The customer service was excellent and the staff were very informative and helpfull. Pricing was great, better than everyone else. It was good to know that they are "the only independant fireplace manufacturer in Queensland".
