John L and Sabrina visited my premises today and completed a number of electrical jobs for me . The jobs were completed to my satisfaction and were done in a very professional manner. I am totally satisfied with the work done and would have no hesitation in recommending this organisation to anyone requiring electrical work.

Needed two security spotlights replacing. Quoted me over $700!! Hahaha. It’s so ridiculous I asked if it was a typo but instead just received a receipt for the $29 call out fee I paid.
The tradie who came over tried to get my wife to pay $129 annual subscription for call outs which is obscene!

John L and Arin were very friendly and helpful, and I can tell they were honest and not trying to sell me more repairs than needed. They are really professional. I also really appreciate that they took the time to answer all my questions and to explain me everything they were doing and why they were doing it, specially since english is not my first language (i am french). I will definitely recommend them and call them again if I have a new electrical issue or plumbing issue !

It was easy to deal with the call centre to initially book in the job. The weekend call out price was the cheapest around. Sam the plumber was very responsive and came right on time. He communicated well and was polite and helpful.

Great service from a reliable company, needed plumbing work to rectify poor quality work done by another plumber, and very happy with the plumbing work completed by Mr Switch Service Heroes, competitive and reasonable service charges.
