Ordered 2 Gift cards sent to my Grand Daughter in Brisbane. Did not receive a pin number. My daughter was told she could not use the cards with out the pin number. Rang head office..very apologetic. said they would ring myself and my daughter on the Monday. Never happened. Same issue last year. Went to the store again and this time they put it through.

We went in to purchase a remote control car for our sons birthday. Shannon was genuinely really helpful by informing us on all the different types and what would suit our son best.

Amy went out of her way to find a product that wasn’t in store. She found a product on the other side of town and gave options to get it

I had visited the loganholme store and needed assistance in buying a gift for a child and Jacob when on and beyond to assist, he was very patient and will shop there again

It took lots of time and can’t wait to get more to build and play with the service is great and fast plus I also wouldnt to be serviced any better

I highly recommend this store. It was well stocked, even though we were there right before Christmas. We bought a trike previously, which we wanted to change. Lorelle and the team were very accommodating of us. The bike we wanted had sold out, all except the floor model which they were happy to give us after checking it over eg pumping the tyres. They were able to answer all our questions and were very knowledgeable. Thanks Lorelle and the Mr Toys team for a great experience. Will definitely shop there again.

Not satisfied with my purchase as the site is misleading and left me disappointed I got another toy and I was expecting a different one and the customer service was not helpful or willing to make sure I was a happy customer. Instead they pretty much said it was my fault. Was mainly unhappy that they didnt even try and didnt reply to my last email. Im not usually the one to complain as I dont like it but in this situation it just wasnt good enough.

OMG - I went to the Loganholme store today, Christmas Eve, looking for a ‘Five nights at Freddy’s (?)’ plush toy for my son. I had no idea what it was of where to start looking. The young sales assistant, Lily, was amazing! She took so much time to search for it, she was polite and could not have been more helpful!

On Friday I went to your Springwood store to collect a Mecard transformer car that had been put away for me. When I got there the lady behind the counter showed me the car and when I compared it to the photo of what I required it was different. I said to the lady this is different. She looked at me and in a totally belittling voice said obviously this ones pink and white and thats green. I have never been spoken to in such a rude demeaning way like this. I have worked in customer service for 20 years now and would never speak like that to a customer.

I had a great help ON 19 TH OF DECEMBER in Brisbane . Sharon working at Macgregor store help a lot . I had no boys but have 2 grandchildren both boys age 10 AND 12 = SHE HELPED ME FIND THE RIGHT TOY FOR THE BOYS.. She took the time to look in all the shelfs to find the right one..I am pleased with the choice and hope my grandchildren will spend hours playing . Thank you Sharon have happy holidays and Happy new year 2020..all the best for your family and the little one you left at home to work.. You are inspiration.

Went into Mr Toys at Macgregor only expecting to do a quick survey of what to get the kids for xmas. The staff there went beyond to offer options and guidance. I do most of my shopping online now adays- but they reminded me about why you can never replace face to face interactions and also just knowing your sh*t. They know their product and it took my breath away. They've also got me addicted to board games now.

The staff at morayfield toyworld just went above and beyond regular customer service to help me. Not only did they discreetly put things behind the counter while I did Xmas shopping with my 4 year old, but they also took them to my car and put them in the boot without my little girl even realising. AMAZING SERVICE. CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH.

we bought 200 dollar toys from this website but still we have to pay postage which cost almost 10 dollar. the products offers from this website pretty good and price is heavily discounted some of their toys too but if they can waive the shipping cost that will be great. items received in good condition and as describe,

Twice in the past six months I have been unable to find a product, despite visiting and callling several stores and looking online. Both times it was the Logan Hyperdome store that went out of their way to find the item, ringing several other stores and spending at least half an hour genuinely seeking to help. Despite juggling helping me with managing other customers they remained polite and cheerful and ultimately found what I was looking for and arranged to personally pick it up and bring it to the store. I could not have asked for better service. Thank you to Lorelle and your great team.

Purchased a turtle sandbox via eBay 1 week ago. All of a sudden money returned to PayPal no explanation. Now 2 weeks before Christmas I have no present and no chance of getting one for Christmas. Extremely poor customer service.
