New to laptops, I don't regret it at all!!!!!
I am new to the gaming and laptop's. firstly, how user friendly it is. without having to google anything, I was able to set it up, add all my accessories without any problem. Its performance is very slick and i have not had any trouble with any of my games. I do truly recommend this laptop! it is Fantastic!!!!!
Purchased in October 2021 at JB Hi-Fi Retail Stores for $3,200.00.

Best Gaming Computer
I got the MSI a few years ago and it had a problem with the speakers. once it was sent back to get fixed I've Not had any problems with it.
Purchased in March 2021 at Harvey Norman Retail Stores - Appliances.

Poor quality for $3’000 Laptop
1 month after purchase keyboard stopped working, zero battery life will only work if plugged in to power. Display faulty, build quality for a $3,000 computer disgraceful, second degree burn from overheating permanent scar. Never ever buy this poor quality brand you will be sorry. Agree 100 percent with review of Tracey.

Cannot withstand gaming use - rudest customer service in Australia (unless you pay them more money)
Will NEVER buy another one of your products again. The staff in Sydney, Australia are by far the most disgusting and rude people. Sarcastic, rude, demeaning, immature, unprofessional, condescending, can hardly speak english. So the casing cannot withstand being used (product has to be fit for purpose) but they tell me unless I pay $270 to get it fixed that they will send it to consumer affairs for them to assess?
