My budget have been absolutely fantastic in terms of getting our budget under control and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for us in twelve months as our main goal is to pay off most of our debts and to also have some savings to be able to do the things we want to do.

Understanding, proactive and use a positive approuch. I dont fear recieving a bill now or put off opening my mail! I feel like i have a personal banker and PA, keeping me on track and organising me! We've been with MyBudget for 10 years now and it has been the best decision we ever made! It provided structure, accountability and if something terrible happens they have friendly staff just one call away to help you work out your financial needs. Contacted my budget to see if they could help me basically budget the bills and savings better. With a new baby on the way wanted to get it right this time financially. Well the first appointment over the phone was an hour and half behind but I got a calm at five To indicate she was running late, ok I can understand people get busy but felt like I was rushed and and consultant Pamela did not listen at all and I kept repeating myself cause she was rushing.
Then three days later for the follow up no call to say running late just called later which I missed cause I was putting my son to bed. Great customer service My Budget should be very proud of yourself. Never again
