The associate I worked with was knowledgeable and helpful; she told me which brands she liked best, what their top-sellers were, and she explained the distinctions between different products. Great experience!!

Could not get any service

Went to karrinyup and joondalup stores after waiting for service at counter and beside a staff member on floor got no service on multiple occasions got no service .standing beside staff member serving customer for 5 minutes and customer said staff member could serve me was told too wait at counter, went home and ordered product direct from manufacturer. Went to an different cheap shop and got service immediately

Today I purchased a Dyson vacuum cleaner from Myers Highpoint. Tom from the electrical department went out of his way to find me the last model within the store and then made sure the warranty was registered with Dyson so I would not experience any possible future issues if something went wrong.
Tom did this after he heard another staff member ( my initial contact ) inform me that their were none left of that model and then rudely walked away, well done Tom you turned a negative experience into a positive one.
Congratulations Myers for employing someone like Tom.

Customer service, Hornsby Store.

As I was unable to go to the store in person (due to total knee replacement) my husband attended to my request. He had the most helpful assistance from your customer service operator Marnie. Her service was far and beyond my expatiations. I have always had good service from your Hornsby Store and I am so sorry it will be no longer after January.
I remain a happy Myer customer, Wendy Abel of Berowra.

Terrible home brand crappy clothing

Myer are now just selling cheap and nasty brands . Reserve lol, what happened to the big brands ? Stuff is spread all over the place, no assistance on the floor, or if you manage to get help they just want to flog you their brand .

It’s almost so cheap and nasty with their own brands these days I try to hide the Myer bag inside a more reputable shops bags so people don’t know I bought one of their cheap home brand shirts because they no longer stock items like Nautica shirts for the slightly bigger lads . Reserve shirts last only a wear or two befure they shrink and go out of shape .

Went to Myer Perth today at approximately 4.30pm with my sister looking for dresses to wear to a wedding. We were directed to the montique counter by a sales assistant.
Once we got to the montique counter it was a different story. LIANA a middle aged lady was so rude and lacked basic customer service skills. Yelling and talking down to customers that have money to spend is not only inappropriate but unprofessional. MYER PERTH train your staff better. Won't be back and will not be recommending that brand or store to anyone.

Faulty blouse re sold

I purchased a blouse from Myer at Doncaster (VIC). I wore it once and the press stud broke. I returned it to the city store expecting an apology and an effort to have the blouse repaired or replaced. I was told that Myer staff (Basque) were not seamstresses even after I suggested they use their inhouse tailor. I was also told there were no replacements in stock when in fact I saw them in stock online that same day! I returned to the department a week later only to see my faulty blouse back on the rack. I have lodged 2 email complaints (mid May) but have not had any acknowledgement since. Lets just add salt to the wound.

haven't been able to found a foundation to suit my skin in years they all have a yellow tinge I went Myers Kotara they took the time professional friendly staff to assist me and finding the correct foundation they were friendly helpful full of information would not have been able to find it without them thank you

Cannot get a bra fitting - staff should be fired

The staff at Carindale are so lazy I could not get fitted for a bra after ONE hour & 3 trips into the fitting rooms. In that time I had three people (1 myer staff & 2 fitting room onlookers) helping me to chase down retail staff .. to no avail. Its a lazy Thursday morning & not a hectic weekend. The staff were actually on the floor, they just pretended they were too busy re-arranging bra racks & refused to enter the fitting rooms! I even told a Myer salesperson I would need help in the fitting room in a few moments but she only wanted to scold me for a bra incorrectly placed. I have rang the store manager twice today & have not received a return call. Like Manager, like staff quite obviously.

I recently visited Myer Sydney and met an amazing team member, Maia, in Essentials section ground floor. I bought some make up items and she recommended an amazing foundation. Would love to go back there

Online price cheaper, in store wont match price

Looked online for a quilt cover and found that it was on special $47.38. Went to purchase it, popped in my postcode and it said unavailable. So i thought i would try my luck in store and yes there was 3 on display. Went to purchase and got told is was $71. How ridiculous same company but cost more. So obviously we are paying for the rude service. I was also there on the weekend prior and was exchanging cushions and i needed assistance. I was in the middle of being helped when a customer came over with a pair or trousers and a shirt and the assistant put down my order and served the other customer so i was just left there waiting. I was absolutely disgusted. With the way retail is today you need to pick up your act.

Very big thank you to Bhavisha and Taz, lovely ladies who served us at Myer store in Hobart Tasmania, for my wedding anniversary present. Very nice, helpfull and patient and make my dream of a red coat come true!!!

Went to spend my vouchers and the system was down, staff had no idea what was going on and passed the buck to 4 different people, spent close to an hour figuring out what the problem was and then was told to come back when I get a phone call. Next day I received a call at 5pm.

Rude customer service

I wished to purchase a pair of Levi’s jeans that were on sale both in store and on line. Thought I’d go instore to try on and check my size. When I went to pay they gave me a price that was $9 higher than the online price for the same style and brand jeans. They tried to tell me that the online store is different to the stock in store and even though the jeans looked the same that they were different stock and refused to price match. When I said forget it, I’ll go and order on line now that I know my size, they offered to call up the manager. Finally commonsense prevailed and the manager agreed to match their on line price. So ridiculous and rude. Definitely has left a sour taste.

Crap product and even worse customer service

Bought two pairs of Kenji brand casual shoes from Myer. One week in, laces started to fray. 3 weeks in, one broke. Replaced the pair- trivial cost ($5) but wrote to them to point out the product is not of merchantable quality with laces fraying and breaking in such a short time. Reply there was...none. Two follow up later still no reply. Tells you a lot about Myer buying standards and customer commitment.

Kind & very efficient service by Anakie in cosmetic department. Professional and helpful in every way. This was at Myers Knox in Victoria on Mother's Day.

Impressive customer service

Bought a perfume from Myer Pacific Werribee to treat myself for Mother's day. It was pretty busy but the staff members were trying their best to attend everyone. After asking if I need assistance, a very polite and friendly lady helped me with my purchase. Very impressed with the customer service. Definitely going back :)
