I have spent three months trying every avenue I can think of and I am still declined. I certainly don’t feel like shopping with MYER anymore....very angry

Having been a loyal customer of Myer for some 50 years, I was encouraged to apply for the new Visa card and it has been a nightmare. Even though I have always paid my account fully, on time, every time, they seem to think I am a poor credit risk. I have supplied relevant documents, with one exception as it is a contravention of my privacy. I have been involved in phone conversations, sent emails and just repeated myself to different representatives of Myer Credit Card Services. This has been going on since September.
I have lost faith with Myer and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Was good for past 5 years I had but recently they changed to another bank and one I had I cancelled/ I’ve chosen not to continue onto the continued latitude credit card as it’s not beneficial to me and the new Myers card in my perspective is going with a bank that has many bad reviews
New Myers card has arrangement with Macquarie Bank and their reviews and service turned me off in applying

I been a member for long time & most of the time when I contacted I get ok Customer service.
But since last month switch to it's provided by Latitude Infinity phone service performance is very poor, all of them have attitude problem never helpful. I will never recommend Myer Visa due to it's provided by Latitude Infinity.

Recently Myer switched to Latitude and now my card locked after a few weeks of use (secondary card user, primary card user cannot unlock..). Luckily I had a savings card handy when I went to pay for fuel. Only way to unlock is to go to Post Office, verify, wait up to 10 business days - really??. Switching out of this company as soon as I sort this mess out.

This is a credit card where you can pay on the due date using their BPay and Latitude Financial Services slug you interest at 20.69%, for being a day overdue, hiding behind small print and the fact your BPay never cleared by 3.00pm. They have found a way to gouge regular payers. Beware... go elsewhere.

It's good credit card with great rewards. Although the interest is high I pay it off every month. The only problem is that it is hard to access a secure website.

Sick of not been able to go on line to check my balance...it always has a security lock on it.....how do you get pass THIS!!

Ok so the interest rates on the Myer card are higher than many, however, I'm lucky enough to be able to pay off whatever I spend each month so that doesn't affect me. I used my Myer card all the time as I enjoy getting the Myer gift cards, based on my spending. Always found the support good. So many cards to choose from these days so if this one appeals, and you can pay off your balance each month, it works well.

As a Myer shareholder, I am dismayed that Latitude Financial now run the Myer Visa Card program.
Latitude Financial issue the Gem Visa, Go MasterCard, 28 degrees MasterCard, Myer Visa card, Myer card, CreditLine, Latitude MasterCard, Buyer's Edge cards. Contacting them via their 1800 number invariably results in being disconnected before getting to speak to anyone and submitting their e-forms fails. The customer portal website to view transactions and pay off balances is frequently offline and they do not bother to notify customers of outages on their social media or on the website.

I have also used Myer Visa for years with excellent service, but something has definitely changed this year. Terrible service!! Will also not be renewing!!!

Worst ever website for accessing account. Never works. Doesn't even accept your email address. "Enter a valid email address" is the message after going from same email address to access statements. You have received a statement is all well and good if you can see it!

Current issues on the site mean I can't access my statements, can't view all transactions or arrange payment. Current balance has not been updated. I had the consultant to read out all transaction so I can payout the full amount and shut the account for the frustration I have been experienced with contact center. RIP Myer Visa card.
