The consultation process went so smoothly that we did not even think twice about getting a second quote. Straight away we could tell that staff knew the products well and explained the whole process very well leaving us with good feeling.

Initial consultation to purchase solar panels was very informative and explained in simple terms by NRG consultant Darren - no issues with NRG excellent customer service - extremely happy that we are receiving credits on our electricity bill

From the get go all staff and installers of both panels and battery kept us fully informed of what was happening. The yearly clean and service was very efficient and reassuring that everything is in top working order. Best thing we ever did and best company to work with. Well done NRG!

Both Solar Panel and (later) battery installer teams were professional and friendly. I have had no problems with any hardware whatsoever (18 months in). Blackout protection works well, usually we're unaware when it kicks in. Wifi connection issues were quickly resolved by contacting the office.

The company was good until after the installation. The smart meter never worked and i could not get any assistance from NRG to fix it. Eventually I just gave up and it has never worked since. I got the impression that follow up service was not a priority for NRG.

waited 10 months to get my Tesla battery.not worth the money .only lasts a couple of hours and will even go flat before the sun goes down.when you ring NRG you are told they are all busy at a meeting .nobody ever returns your call

Amazing company and staff. The product quality and installers are second to none. Very happy with our Solar and battery system. The staff are awesome and know exactly what you will need. We have a 7.04 kwh system using Sunpower panels and a Redback hybrid battery and inverter.

Very good service, responsible and trustworthy company. They did a good job with installing the panels for us and came back to resolve all issues that we were facing after installation.

I had a inverter installed from these people
It took 5 weeks for them to replace it and no they didn't have to order it the part was in there warehouse
Reason I chose them as on the phone I was told they like to look to see what the problem is and fix it within a week yeah right
All they did was muck me around from day 1
Person who installed it was clueless about the Wi fi set up so you can view it from your phone I asked if it had this fuction he said I don't know I had to call the company who makes it to ask

Every step of the way was easy and hassle free with this business. Nothing was too hard for them to consider or do. Even the installer was a delight to work with. Since then I've been able to monitor the system from my computer and I'm saving a ton of money. Would highly recommend.
